That's OK Jeff ... I figured you were busy getting Prince Albert out of the can :rotfl: .

Okie, may just be a glitch ... if you're very concerned you can a) Live in Florida (which I would vote for); or b) Call Airtran and tell them.

Hi Okie
Hi Jeff ... here's a hug even though you don't trust me around your children

I'm back. I got scared I didn't see us on the first page and thought we got shut down:eek:.

Wow, there's a lot for me to catch up on, thank goodness I am off one more day. I am loading my pictures now and will give you some type of trip report.

We had a good time but I wasn't really that crazy with the ports. Mexico is just not as nice as the Caribbean. Cabo was the nicest and the only place I would ever consider going back to.

The weather was crazy. First day at sea was nice but a little cool, Cabo was perfect, Mazatlan and PV was very hot and humid and the adult pool was 86 degree so you could even cool off, second day at sea was freezing and windy so we really couldn't lay out by the pool and our last day at sea was nice but overcast and then very foggy. The seas were very calm. The highest waves were 4 feet but most of the time we had .5 wavelets.

Cruise staff was great as usual, Brent was our Cruise Director (I've decided I want him to be my alarm clock in the morning).

Food was a little better than in November, wasn't that crazy with the new menus, but I'm a picky eater so that doesn't say much. I pretty much had some type of beef every night.

Kathy the lounge act was the same as the one in Nov. They weren't very good. However Soul Drive was the act in Rockin Bar D and they were very good. Trent wasn't there. David was the Head of the Cruise Staff and he was great. We did participate in my favorite thing to do on the ship (Magic Quest) and yes I am the one who took off my Bra and yes Joey is the one who wore it (yes I do have pictures:lmao: )

Cabo we just went to the ME Cabo Hotel which was amazing. We took a cab there and just walked in and got a bed on the beach. They didn't charge us anything (we even asked) they just suggested we buy something from their bar. I got two Chi Chi's which were amazing, Joey got a steak sandwich. The total price including a cab back was $60, Disney was charging $85 a person for the same place (Nikki Beach). We didn't go in the water because it was freezing.

Mazatlan was gross and dirty we took a cab to Senor Frog (which was closed at the time). The driver told us he would drop us off in the Golden Zone and we could just walk back when it opened...no way. It was too far of a walk and I didn't feel safe at all. We just asked him to take us back to the ship. Sorry Woo no shirts:confused3

PV we did the zip line which was really cool but a lot of work. It was an hour drive in an open air vehicle (which was scarier than the zip line). When you Zip Line you have to keep one hand on the line to slow yourself down, yeah the first two didn't really work so good for me I felt like my arm was going to be ripped off so I came in full speed and got yelled at:worried: I paid so much attention to making sure I did it right I wasn't scared at all. The last line is straight down off the platform that was pretty scary and we didn't think we could do it but we did and then the walk back. Yeah, they didn't tell you you have to walk almost a mile back up hill with 20 lbs of equipment on:headache:. I truly thought I was going to die. I'm glad I did it but will never do it again.

Only two negatives

1. They really weren't watching the adult areas so there was a lot of kids running around and in the Cove Cafe. We did say something but nothing was done.

2. Well Joey got Bells Palsy on the last day:( He had been complaining of a headache since the second day but I thought it was just from the wind but yesterday his the left side of his face didn't move at breakfast yesterday. At least it's not as bad as the last time but I still feel so bad (I've had it twice too so I know how he feels).

Ok I think that pretty much sums it up. If you have anymore questions, just ask.

I'm sure it's just a glitch  --but my obsessive compulsive side won't listen to the common sense in my brain....I'll have to call....oh those voices in my head :rolleyes1

:lmao: Sometimes I leave my phone in the car and forget about it. Ooops. I think it was all the times I have had to watch Camp Rock this weekend. (twice more today including once that was just over a few minutes ago.)

They premEARed Camp Rock on the ship. They played it at 11:30 on Friday and again at 2pm and again at 6pm and again at 8pm:headache: .

Welcome back! So sorry to hear about Joey's Bell's Palsey. I know it's something that does dissipate with time but it's awful that it comes back. Best wishes for a quick recovery.

Thanks for the quick trip report. We are toying with the idea of staying on the ship in Mazatlan as we've read lots of reports like yours. I *may* do the zip line there as we have a plan in PV for a beach/pool day at Paradise Beach. We're doing dolphins in Cabo.

Real bummer to hear about the lack of supervision of kids. In our three DCL cruises, we have never seen that before.

Thanks again for the update and we can't wait to see photos.

Christine: hope Joey recovers quickly ::yes::

Sorry about all the disappointments....can't wait to hear my friend from works take on the trip.... she can be very negative sometimes..

I'll admit we started the conversation of "should we still go?" after reading Christine's report. But I think we're going to just hope for the best since we already have our air booked.

WELCOME HOME XTINE!!!! WE MISSED YA BABE!

I assume you mean the Mexican Riveria cruise and NOT THE BEST CRUISE IN THE WORLD WITH THE NANAS  ...right? :cutie:

Nearing bedtime for The Woo ... talk to youze guyz tomorrow ... sleep tight.

I think you will still enjoy it because it is a Disney Cruise and that part if it was wonderful. My friend only got off in Cabo. She enjoyed staying on the ship in the other two ports because the ship was empty. Plus you are going later in the season so the weather might be better. However if you want to see beautiful blue water and clean beaches you might be a little disappointed. I talked to one guy and he said Mazatlan was his favorite. He took a bus to a resort (didn't know the name) and he said it was beautiful.

Some of the people I met on the board did the zip line in Mazatlan and they said they did not have to walk like we did. It also ended in a tequila factory which would have been very welcome:cool1:

WELCOME HOME XTINE!!!! WE MISSED YA BABE!

Thank you I missed you guys too...just wasn't the same without you.

PS: I forgot to mention the most important part...I survived staying in a Cat 12. We tried to upgrade (we were the first people to check in) but everything was sold out. The room was very small but after the first day you get used to it. If it meant be being able to go on a cruise or not I would do it again...maybe:confused3 Plus they only make you row a few hours a day :rotfl2:

Welcome home Christine and Joey!

Joey, hope you recoop soon! Sorry, it wasn't everything you wished it would have been! Did the Fanizzi's have fun? I look forward to seeing your pictures! It probably wasn't as much fun because you didn't have ALL your Nanahead friends keeping you busy!
