Greg, tell DW good luck with the decision, I have always believed that being happy in what you do is more important than the money . I am glad I am not having to make her decision Let us know what she decides.
sometimes if you tell the new boss up front you have a vacation scheduled for a certain week they will giv eit to you anyway, but without pay, it might be worth asking if she takes the job?

Hi Kathy, our cruise in November should still be ok, its just the week after that we were going to take the kids to WDW thats in question?

My wife's company Christmas party is always the first week of December. I think they will wait until we get back on Dec. 6, but I'm not sure they'll wait until Dec. 13th when we're scheduled to return home from WDW?

My wife is going to ask if they'll just do it without us, but I'm sure the owner wants his new director of nursing to be there.....(meaning plan it, be responsible for it, etc!)

Got my passport off for renewal today, so I guess I'm just one step closer to getting on the ship!!!

This morning, I dropped Duesey off at day care! Now, before you think I'm nuts (STIFLE IT!), understand that he had to go thru "orientation" with this particular boarding facility in order to be permitted to stay there while we go out of town. Once he is accepted (honestly, does this sounds like some sort of movie about high-society mothers trying to get their infants into a "good" kindergarten?), then he will board there (lights out 9:30, wake up call 6:30) and can play all day in day care while we're in Gatlinburg and on the cruise.

So I've been watching him all day on the cameras ... that puppy is going to be wiped out when he gets home! I think I've seen him lay down for about 30 seconds so far ...
