DS has come down with a cold and bad cough but no fever. The kids are supposed to get flu shots tomorrow, not sure about Matt now

Had 4 families over last night, watched the HS football playoff game and hung out. Stayed up way too late. Slept until 10:30 Made a big breakfast and read the paper.

Trying to coax DS into trying on his suit again and his dress shoes (that he has only worn for 2hrs a few months ago) to see if everything still fits

That's nice that you can cook a nice meal for your DH. I tried to make Steve country fried steak once, and I couldn't get the flour to stick. I even tried using a mixture of egg and milk to soak the steak first and then dip it in flour, but when I cooked it the flour kept disintegrating. Steve came home and was so happy that I was cooking for him, but when I told him what was happening, he stuck his finger in the flour, and tasted it, and proclaimed, "Honey, that's powered sugar." So he called it "candied steak." He tossed it out, and made spaghetti.

Not much going on today except for changing summer clothes over to winter clothes and cooking Thanksgiving Dinner.

If landing is the 29th, it will be about 2:18pm on the first opportunity. But, I also stress, it is not worth trying to see a landing as a member of the public. Stick to the launches

I would love to see a launch!

I think we're going to try and make in back to Cape Canaveral to see one before the shuttle is retired.

It does get cold her sometimes it even snows. No tank tops and shorts in the winter. Sometime I even have to wear gloves.

Funny, I've noticed the same thing. I get on here over the weekend and it's like a ghost town. During the week I'm struggling to keep up. Hopefully no one's boss stumbles on the DIS!!
