Hello All,
Just jumped into the thread (wow it's a big one). Myself, my mom, and my 2 daughters, age 8 and 3, will be taking our first Disney cruise Nov. 28, 2009. From the looks of this thread, there will be a fun crowd to be found. Can't wait.

WELCOME KIM AND FAMILY
Glad to have all of you along!! You will see many posting here who arnt going along . We have cruised together the last 3 years together at the same time of the year and this is the 4th cruise for the bananaheads.

Since we are all friends many drop by to say hello and chat with old and new friends, even though they cant go this year. Others are booked

I am Kathy and DH is Greg. We are not booked yet but hope to do this cruise, so I am posting just in case we do get to go. We wont know for sure if we get to go until close to the actual cruise time.


But I am here for now and happy to have new people join us. The Western is a great cruise There are lots of great friendly people here, a few with young kids like you. YEAH!!!

I am looking forward to getting to know all of you over the next 10 months

Normally I do also...but what the heck!!! Shell and I wont see each other for awhile.... so I'm not scared of her!!!!

Greg dont see your countdown for the 12/10 did you cancel out already?
I'm just hang onto the date for a while until I can totally decide when I want to go....but I'm pretty much leaning into 2011.

I'm sure this might have been discussed already..went to the show last nite with some girls from the office and we saw Benjamin Button with Brad Pitt....I really enjoyed the movie...thought it was really good.

we are a little warmer this morning and i better enjoy it because tomorrow it will be getting cold again and snow is coming tomorrow night
Not a lot thankfully!!

No plans this weekend. Greg had thought about going to see his mom and spending the night but due to the weather he wont be doing that.
So i guess we will just sit around starring at each others wrinkles to see if there are any new ones

Hello all just a quick hello......

This weekend my plans are such....home tonite and start some deep cleaning as I'm putting my house back on the market in a few weeks...saturday working till noon.....then more cleaning and going to my friends...he had surgery tues and i'm gonig to bring him dinner and watch tv....sunday and more cleaning.....wow really exciting isnt it??!!

Jeff, great pictures. Do they still have the snow coming down on the main street for the Osbourne lights? I use to love to watch it snow there.

Our first year as passholders they had a passholders early showing which was great. It snowed, music played, feree hot cocoa and hot cider and all the sugar cookies you could eat. There were tin soldiers and penguins roaming around too. I don't think they have had a passholder only night since then.
Next year I will be there!!


Did Elizabeth like the Haunted Mansion ride? That is one of my favorites. Everytime I go on it i see something that i missed before. I have probably riden it 70 times or more!


Now you have me all excited about getting back to Florida

Who thinks they will be at the Radisson the night before the cruise?
Even if we cant go ( dont want ot think that way) we have talked about staying at the Radisson so we can at least see some of you, IF some of you are going to stay there?

Hi Kathy!
Yes they had it snowing during the Osbourne Lights. It was fantastically fun. That's the kind of snow I like!

Elizabeth did not really like the Haunted Mansion. She doesn't like scary things, horror movies and such. She really likes the Tower of Terror for the drops but hates the scary story so she won't go on it anymore.

I know I'm excited to go to Florida too - if not for good but just the next two trips we have upcoming. Just found out I have to take a business trip there as well and will be staying at a hotel just across the street from Universal so I think I'll get my first taste of Universal in Florida on that trip!

Hey I never noticed you started a new page I kept waiting for you to post on the last page and when you never did I thought you left

We decided to have a family night instead and take the girls to see the movie Bedtime stories...it was funny...the girls loved it!

Hi Jeff I love the pictures! Haunted Mansion is Alicia's favorite ride...Kierra doesn't care for it. We always wondered why Mary Poppins was at the princesses meals too. We stayed across from Universal a few times and it was easy to walk too which was nice...really enjoyed Universal it is much smaller and easier to get around then Disney.
