Greg is working hard and has several places in Florida to send his resume.
His current job has at least 3 weeks, or at least it looks that way. It could be more or less. You just cant predict what will happen.

Hi Jaime,

I haven't changed it yet. I will probably be moving it to sometime between January and March of 2010...most likely March 13 or 27 because the kids have time of from school so they wouldn't miss as many days.

I'm really considering changing ships though and sailing on the Freedom of the Seas instead of the Oasis because its much cheaper and the cabins are larger.

We'll still do both its just a question of WHEN?

Jeff if we are there and she dances on a day when Greg doesnt have to work we would love to be there

We have wached kids do dance or band many times at all the parks and we didnt know who there were. it would be fun to actually know someone to root for

Hi Kathy!

Looks like things we're slow on the DIS today.

Worse than slow, it is DEAD today around here

Greg looked at a holland America 14 day cruise out of Fort Lauderdale, it is a regular itenary for them but it was 14 days and they were very reasonable in cost and lots of new ports. I cant spell all the names but it sounded interesting for the future.

First we have our TA with Disney.

We would like to do an Oasis of the seas one day too. I was hoping someone here would go on it and give us a report all about it.

Plus we really want to go on the new DCL ships when they come out.

There are just too many great cruises and too little time or money to do them all right away.

Well I counted the nanas so far and now instead of 12,000 we need around 5,000 to meet our goal.

Our beautiful sunshine left in a hurry and now the temps are dropping really fast.
I think we are suppose to be in the 30's tonight.
We talked to a friend who lives near our house and it was 80 there today!!

OK I'm not booking anything until you and Jeff decide on a ship and a sailing. When you do and if the dates work for us and there is a possibility of us joining you we will DEFINITELY book with you.

Thanks so much for covering for me while I was gone!!! I was pretty much flat out for the week last week - the Dr. thought I had mono - but thankfully that test came back negative!! I'm usually a high energy person - I'm a full time mom and part time travel agent - so it takes something fairly nasty to knock me out - but boy this sure did! The antibiotics are finally taking care of the sinus infection and double ear infections - so I'm starting to get right back into it all. I was at a bridal fair all day today talking to all these sweet brides about honeymoons - what fun!!

Hope everyone had a great weekend and I'll be checking in more often if I can stay healthy!! Thanks for the good wishes and pixie dust!!

Hi Greg-We priced out Osasis of the seas. It was really expensive. I think if we cruise in 2010 it will be on the Freedom of the Seas. I will wait until the 2010 dates come out and decide. The one thing I do know is if we cruise it will be during the week of Thanksgiving. I have also been researching Hawaii. The air alone will cost more than a cruise

We saw some dancers from Georgia while we were in Downtown Disney in December.

Kathy-Keeping my fingers crossed for Greg and his job!! Stay warm. We are suppose to be below zero by mid week We got about 6 inches of snow yesterday and more on the way tomorrow night. TTYL

I think I will make Taco Pizza today for dinner. It takes some time to do but Greg really loves it. On the weekends I try to spoil him a bit. During the week the meals are simple and small since the time he gets home varies a lot.

Lorna, It's been a few years ago but I flew out of GR on American Airlines. You fly into Honolulu anyways so you might as well spend some time there and then fly to another island--we did Maui too.

We ended up with a foot of snow. Another storm brewing for tomorrow with artic air. Stephanie and Elizabeth leave for WDW in 13 days--believe I can't forget because I'm reminded daily. Just jealous.

Yeah, the airfare is always the problem. I have been lucky enough to use miles a couple of times but not the last 2 or 3 times we have flown. Go to kayak.com and plug in your desired dates and it will give you best fares. We usually fly whatever is cheapest with the best connections. Last time we flew American through Dallas and this time we are doing United through Chicago. Southwest does fly to Honolulu so I'd also keep my eye on that.
