Afternoon all

Just dropping by to say hello....

we have blue and sunny skies today...altho a bit chilly only in the 60's...
anyone turn their heat on yet at home? I'm holding off...but I'm thinking this morning it was really chilly in the house I may break down and turn it on.

Cant wait to hear what they say about the new ships...

ps Kathy: dont have any advice for you about your mom's doctor not returning your phone calls.....all I know is that the squeaky wheel gets the oil...so keep on calling, they will finally call back just to keep ya quite at least that's how it works in our office

I know thats true. But Brookstone has to call him and they dont seem to be pushy, but if my brother calls the doctor he will call and call and then come by in person if he has to. He lives walking distance.

Greg has always bugged the heck out of businesses that didnt return his calls. Sometimes 5 and 6 times a day. Funny how they seem to get him his information after the first day or sooner
I did turn on the furnace the past 2 nights and my portable heater in the mornings.

A NanaHead Reunion..sounds like fun. We may consider that, but Disney sure is proud of their ships! That last cruise really set me back! Talk about expensive!

Its ok, you can say it....Mickey has got some very sticky fingers!

I think Mickey needs all that cash to pay for his plastic surgeries, face lifts and joint replacements.....he his over 80 years old now!!

TOO FUNNY! We are doing the Feb. 13th NCL Gem to the Bahamas out of NY
We'll be sailing together but not on the same ship. I think I am going to like the laid back atmosphere

That's too funny! We're heading out on an RCCL cruise to Panama in March and then doing an NCL 12 day Mediterranean/Egypt cruise over Thanksgiving!

I have to agree Disney is a little "high end" money wise....that's why I only sail once in a while..... My next adventure not until 2012. No big plans for any vacations for me at this time.

But you all have fun on your cruises you have coming up.


Well I see that Chicago lost out on the olympic bid.......I'm not too sad tho...thinking of all the traffic messes....chicago has a problem with their public transporation systems.....it would have been a nightmare.

Well gotta run only 3 more hours and I'm outta here.

Woohoo Rio!!

I was hoping Rio would win!

I'm sure with many billions of $$ Chicago could of fixed their transportation system. Salt Lake pulled it off in 2002, but it was a nightmare trying to get in and out of SLC for almost 2 years.
