I have been watching your weather too. I would melt there

We have eaten at a couple of those places.

Hoop De Do is a lot of fun and served family style. Very tasty grub there as they call it.
Cosmic Rays we eat at almost everytime we are at MK at lunch time. It is so easy to find something for everyones taste. Their steak and cheese sandwich is great, so are the chicken meals.

Of course California grill is outstanding and the view is awesome.

Good morning everyone!

Good luck with the heat Kathy and Christine!!

We've finally drop down into the 80's, so its not to bad here. After about 10pm it cools down into the 50's.

It looks like both Jamaica and Orlando are in the 90's, so I hope the a/c works at both our resorts!

Kathy I feel your pain, it was 113 last night at 7pm.

Sorry haven't been here in a few days but I've been planning my WDW trip

I knew I was going to do the Dining Plan but when Free Dining came out I decided to pay $500 for the Deluxe Plan so I had to redo all my dining plans in two days because my 90 mark was Sunday.

Here's where we are eating:
Wolfgang Puck Cafe, Flame Tree, Citricos, Starring Rolls, Beaches and Cream, California Grill, Main Street Bakery, Cosmic Rays, Jiko, Hoop De Doo, Boma, Tutto, Le Cellier, Cape May Clam Bake, Kona Cafe and Ohana.

I think I will get my money's worth but I don't know how we are going to eat all that food.

LOVE Beaches and Cream, Boma, Le Cellier and Kona Cafe

And LOVE LOVE LOVE Ohana and California Grill.

What a great list of restaurants! You are going to have the best time.

We are trying to decide what to do for the November cruise - to go down a couple days early or just come in day before cruise. Probably fly down on Thanksgiving Day and stay at whatever DVC has room for us.

Evening all:


Well our contingency for our house sale fell thru....so the house is back on the market!! I got home at 1pm today and have been cleaning all afternoon.....I shampooed the stairs down to my family room last nite and today did the stairs up to my bedrooms....then washed floors and dusted and re-arranged a room....dropped one of my disney mini-snowglobes and it made a huge mess.....plus I wasnt happy that I broke it....

I really hate having the house on the market.....I hate cleaning up every morning before I leave for work.....
I really need a vacation and really soon....

Other than that....life is just peachy!!!!!

nice and toasty here again. hit 105 yesterday and headed there again today. It hit 108 at my kids houses
Tomorrow its suppose to start cooling off, only 95

So I will cover all the windows with extra sheets to block the heat, that really helps and stay inside accept to take the pups out for a potty break.

Its kind of frustrating because there is nothing to do accept stay in and watch TV and go on line and browse.

It could be worse, I could have Christines weather

Yep, I totally understand, it's just to hot to do anything. That's why we always say summer in Vegas is like an east coast winter, you're stuck inside.

Holy smokes!! Who would of thought that it would be hotter in Oregon then in Florida?

Its been down right comfortable here. Today I think they're forcasting about 78 degrees?

I've gotta take our cat in to get "fixed" this morning....don't want anymore kittens!

Kathy and Christine sorry to hear about all your hot weather....were kinda like Greg here nice and comfortable....84 today the next 7 days they are forcasting low 80's and high 70's so not to bad.

Well I have a showing tonite and I have to clean 2 bathrooms when I get home the only thing I didnt get to yesterday....Plus I hate cleaning them.....they are always at the bottom of my list.

Those are such sweet pictures. She is so tall now, she has grown alot it seems. Too bad we cant keep them at this sweet stage

Just trying to get my "tops" in before we leave Monday.

We've got wifi at our resort in Jamaica, but I'll probably be to busy doing nothing with my feet in the sand tinking every ting be Irie mon!

The shuttle launch has been moved again and we won't be there for it, so I really don't want to spend two weeks in Orlando.

I'm debating on whether to fly us all down to Rio de Janeiro after our week in Jamaica to show my kids where I used to live.......since I've got two weeks more to kill before we fly home.

I'm a little nervous though?....my Portuguese isn't what it once was.

Showing is over...thankgoodness...I was able to get my bathrooms clean...gee now I get to do this daily...

Howdy all,
well today should be a much better day for us. Not nearly as hot, Its only suppose to be 97 today

I may not get to post again until sunday night or monday, so just in case Greg have a great trip and give us a post when you can. I know most hotels offer internet now, even if you dont take a laptop they have computers you can use.

Leaving really early tomorrow for my moms house. Just found out last night Gregs aunt passed away and the funeral is tomorrow at noon an its 150 miles from here. Greg will drop me and the dogs off at moms, change his clothes then head on to the funeral.
He will probably spend the night at his moms then back for me to visit my mom. It will be a long weekend but these things happen. Need to leave here around 6 a.m. tomorrow

Denise i hope the people love your place and will make you a good offer.

I may get to post later today if I get the time.
Need to pack, fill the truck with gas, shower etc...

Have a great weekend everyone in case i don't get back until sunday night

How long with you guys be in Oregon? I thought you'd be headed for Florida by now? Is Greg's job in Oregon still going?
