don't worry about dress up night. it is absolutely not a problem. you won't see me dressing up. I don't need anymore pics either.

They do have incentives onboard.

The $$ pp now is $104. Dues are at $4.12 pp.

You should have been on the DVC Member Cruise about 10 days ago. There were 2100 or so of us.

Great incentives. I added on SSR and did get a free DVC Member Cruise for next year for 2 in Cat 6 ocean view veranda. You had to add 250 points to get that. Plus there were many more gifts and $$'s that they gave you in cash and rebates. I just could not resist doing it.

I also have 2 contracts at VWL and another one at SSR. It doesn't really matter where you own, you can stay at all of them. There is just that jump 11 months out and that doesn't ever affect me.

The DVC Member Cruise is a big critical time to add on, as they always have BIG BIG incentives that they give us.

But on the normal 3 - 4 day cruises, the free cruises are not offered, ever.

They give probably $10 off a point, pay the closing costs and give you extra points for the past year.

I'll see you in the meetings, as I go to all of them.

I would have no objection to you giving my name as a referral if you add on the ship.

I won the $300 drawing in the DVC meeting a week ago. I was so excited about that.

Wow, Kay, you cruise a lot. Do you love it that much? When I looked at using my points, I thought well, yes, it is more points than what the dollar amount would be if you look at $10 a point if you rent them out....but the food is free on the cruise and so is the entertainment. We are Disneyholics..take 4 to 5 weeks vacation there a year and work full time. So, I thought it would be different to go on the cruise. Some of my fellow nurses could not believe I have not done the DCL...they rave about it. So, hopefully I won't get sick, DH won't get sick and we will fall in love with it.

I am going to try to get that member cruise for next year...I know it's tough, but I will keep my redial finger going. I now have 700 points, but hey, what's another 250? Oh, brother I know what it is, 25,000 dollars is what it is! But I love being able to provide those vacations for my children and their families.

please do call in on the Nov. 17th. Starting at 9 am EST, as you know.

If you have a cell no. use that one also at the same time. No harm in trying to get in with two lines.

Right away when you get connected, without doubt, give the CM your number so that if you get disconnected, they can call you back and you won't have to start over again. That is very important.

the points are pretty good this year also. Only 118 points pp for a cat 11 & 12 and it goes up a little from there.

If you get in on the DVC cruise for 2008, and if you can hold off, it would be better to wait and add on them. You won't regret it at all.

Has anyone gotten their tickets yet? We've been paid in full since June. We're 3 week out now...Anyone???

We just received our luggage tags and tickets by UPS yesterday, so I would imagine yours would be coming soon.

Has anyone found out their dinner rotation yet? If so, where can you find it? I haven't been able to find this info anywhere...I've heard sometimes it could be in "code" form somewhere, but I haven't had any luck-just wondering if anyone else has found their's?

we got our documents the other day also. My little boy had to send me a pic message of him holding the documents he is counting down the days. We are all so ready for 11/25 to get here. Hope to meet you'll on board. We will be staying at the Country Inn and Suites. Does anyone know anything about this hotel?

I think for this cruise I will be driving up the morning that we board. Saves me an extra night that I don't have to put my pet in the pet hotel.

Got my documents today....but don't know what to do with my little doggie...DH refuses to board him...he is a little tiny teacup maltese, 4 pounds 8 ounces...and my dog sitter fell through...bummer. Maybe DH will stay home and I will go alone! LOL
