Hi everyone, I thought I would come on over and say hi. You guys always make me laugh

Cheri- Congratulations on your race!

Kathy-Thanks for sharing your pictures.

We have had a busy weekend. John and I had an adults only Christmas party and Friday night. It was fun. We just had to walk 2 doors down. It was a late night. Yesterday we did some fun stuff with the kids then had a birthday party to go to. Today I am trying to get some laundry and house work done.

I hope everyone is doing well.

Great pix Kathy. Geez MGM looks incredibly crowded. Still recovering here from our adults only party last night. Feels like all I did was get ready for the party...keep wine flowing and greet people at the door and then clean up. The party is a blur. Last guests left around 12:30 a.m. so we didn't get done cleaning up until after 2. I'm absolutely not used to staying up that late! Happy Sunday night to all .

Yes it was crowded, but it was a saturday night which is the worst time to go.
They need to have some traffic control there because this year for the first time every few minutes all the lights would blink to Christmas carols, so everyone would crowd to the main street to watch them blink. That made for huge crowds in that area of the display. There is a side street and back area that is also decorated, but they all like to gather on the main street.
it was fun, but next year we will go when it first starts around Thanksgiving because it isnt crowded then.

Happy Monday everyone,
it will be a busy one around here. We have people coming here to check out a squeak in our floor that shouldnt be there and to check out the bad carpet they put in this house.
We didnt get to pick out the carpet because soemone else was going to buy this house, then soemthing happened and they cancelled and we bought it new, never lived in but they had put in the carpet the other people had picked out, but it keeps falling apart??? Only a few months old.

I need to go to the bank, buy some groceries, suppose to have UPS delvery today, have a medical supply delivery today, need to make an appointment for an outpatient procedure, hopefully they will do it today too.
So it will be a busy day today.

suppoe to be 80 today but a storm is coming by the weekend, so we are suppose to have bad weather over Christmas.


How was everyones weekend??
Anybody do anything special this weekend??

Josh are you still in school, or are you on vacation?? We havnt heard from your or your dad for awhile.

Hello Everyone

Sorry haven't posted for a while but have been really busy getting ready for the holidays at work and home. DH is finally over his cold but of course I am starting to get it now. I am going to try to fight it as much as possible. I have lots to do in the next few days. Tomorrow night I have an office Christmas party and Wednesday my in-laws come in plus I have to go to my sister's office party. I am having over 15 people at my house on Christmas Eve so I have to start getting ready for that too. Fortunately my DH cooks most of the food and we are having our house cleaned on Wednesday before the in-laws get here. I need to stay healthy

Kathy, I love your pictures it made me really miss WDW. I think my next vacation will be a week there. I love the cruise but I miss spending a whole week there seeing everything.

I am glad your still with us and it sounds like you have really been extra busy.
I thought maybe Mutt(Bill) scared you off.

Glad you enjoyed the pictures. It was so crowded that it was hard to get some of them. But we did have fun.
This year they didnt have all the little gingerbread houses at the Contempory resort which I really mised seeing. They had the chocolate display instead which was neat to see, but wish they had both. I always got some great ideas from the little houses they had, some were made by kids which I really loved the creativity they showed.

You had 2 cruises in 03
You had 3 cruises in 04 and
You had 4 cruises in 05.....

I believe you owe DCL, the DIS board and us loyal nanaheads(your groupies as it were) an explanation.

3? Only 3 cruises in 06? Disappointing, dear....very disappointing. You still have a few days left to make up the two cruises missed in 06...and if you will kindly look around for your whip, you may find it missing and paw prints leading outside.....<snap! snap!>.....
