so I'm switching back and forth between the Steelers game and the Indians game. Come on Shell...I am actually overall more interested in the baseball game but they aren't giving me anything to cheer about.

Funny...I would have said "the Broncos game"...all depends are where you are watching it, I guess!! They just scored two touchdowns in a row - rock on!!!

Truth be told I am a complete fair weather fan when it comes to pro sports. If they are in the playoffs, I may watch the whole game. I'm all about college basketball (first) and football (second). I just have never had a great affinity to any of our pro teams with the possible exception of the hockey team in the 90s. Only reason I ever watch the Steelers is that one of the tight ends (Jerame Tuman) used be a neighbor and our kids go to school together. And I am NOT a fan of the Pittsburgh QB as I think he is so full of himself he might explode.

Well...mom's surgery is post-poned. Hematologist won't clear her because he doesn't know the extent of her bleeding disorder-wants to run more tests first---better to be safe than sorry!!

A lot of it was pretty picked over this close to Halloween. I also got some things online. Google "dress like a pirate" I got some pants there. I think it is actually www.dresslikeapirate.com Some of their stuff is pretty expensive, but if you look around you can find some things that are not that bad.

good luck with the job hunting. My youngest son is a manager at a game stop store. He really likes his job and the discounts are great!!! Managers got to go to a convention in Las Vegas a few weeks back and all the companies gave them free games and accessories, some you cant even buy yet. Microsoft gave them over $400 worth of stuff for each person. He had so much stuff to bring back he had to just pick out the best stuff and leave the rest. If you like video games you will like working there if you get the job.

We had a good but quiet weekend. It is rainy again today. They may even have to cancel the shuttle launch tomarrow due to the weather.

I read Jen's post and got very excited how silly am I....anyway we were assigned a cat 10 room on deck 2...between forward elevators and the mid ship elevators but closer to midship. Michelle's family is assigned next to us

I've already started going over the menus again, only this time with a discerning eye...............I am definitely having dessert, because that is part of vacation to me, but I'm going to try and not eat EVERY dessert

I'm also going to try and get to the gym for at least some cardio. Cheri-are you going to workout? Maybe you could be my workout buddy..........you are after all a good example now what with rehab and all
