If you are out there. I'm watching GameDay from Baton Rouge. I would just love to go to a game at LSU someday. Northern football is so dull - it's like going to a pro game most days, especially when your team stinks like mine does this year. One of the wildest games I ever went to was Pitt at Florida State in my college days when both teams were ranked in the top five. I was covering the game for the college newspaper and was in the press box. The glass on the press box windows shook the entire game. I have a friend from grad school who went to LSU and he tells me it is just wild.

Big game today for the Tigers.

uh-oh. I'm talking to myself again. Waiting for the repair guy to come to fix our oven today (or give us the kick in the butt to replace it). We got a really nailed down timeframe of "between 8 and 5" so we are tag teaming it. I got the morning shift

Hi gang! I said I'd be Angelina since I have the little kids. And since I resemble her so much.

Sharon, I love your porch! Unfortunately we don't have one. But we have great deck with a view of our big backyard so that kind of makes up for it. We live in a really old house. But we're stuck here for a while since we added the studio on.

Chris has a wedding to shoot AGAIN today. The boys and I are going to head over to Omaha to do a little shopping later. We got a new dining table and chairs yesterday.

Well... it was new to us. We got it from the Habitat for Humanity Restore. We had done some work for them and had a credit there. One of the homebuilders here brings in their model furniture once a year and donates it. So this table/chairs was donated and was practically new.

The chairs have a beautiful fabric on them which will last, oh... about 24 hours at our house before they will be covered in ketchup and chocolate. So I have 12 more hours to get over to Bed, Bath & Beyond and buy chair covers for them. So this is my mission for today!

Yes Jeff, I am nervously awaiting tonights game, I have already spoken with my friends who are there, gotta love a city that you start tailgating at 7am, and am quite mad that they are having a great time and I am stuck here at the hospital, darn those sick people

You really do need to come down for a game, there is NOTHING like a game in Tiger Stadium on a Saturday night. We have gone to lots of games around the country to watch LSU paly and no where compares to what happens in Death Valley.
Hopefully tomorrow I will still be happy

Mutt provides the cover art, I open a Pay Pal Account and keep track of all the money coming in. Christine books our rooms in Vegas where we all meet to celebrate our success with catering provided by DH.

I know, I know; I even amaze myself. I fully expect to see this plan moved into action by the time I log back on at 7:00 pm......................

What a great idea maybe it will pay for our nanahead reunions every year!

Husker games used to be like that at Memorial Stadium -- ahhhhh, the good old days. . .

I remember one game in the mid-90s where the whole stadium and the "Huskervision" screens shook the entire time. My insides felt like jelly!!! The party afterward in downtown Lincoln was quite entertaining as well!!

Even though my dad has season tickets, I haven't been to a game in years.

Wendy, the way your team is playing, I'm sure you'll be downright chipper!!

Hi all!!

I know it is last minute, but we are thinking of changing our plans and booking our excursions directly through Disney...has anyone done the Island Drive & Explorer Cruise in St Maarten or the St. Maarten Island and Butterfly World Tour (also in St Maarten)? If we do one of these, I'm guessing they would drop us back off at the cruise terminal...is the cruise terminal somewhere near Phillipsburg or the beach (so we would be able to go to the beach or shop after)? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated - hope everyone is having a great day!!

Howdy everyone,
finally got home a little while ago. Just in time to see the Magic as it left the channel and headed out to sea.

as someone stated earlier, only 7 weeks to go and it will be us pulling out!!

Well I dont have a porch but we have an over sized back patio and pool deck that has a cover over the first 12 feet and the entire area is screened to keep out all the wonderful weird critters we have here in Florida. I also have disney character silouettes around the pool deck which I think looks pretty cool

I am tired after so much driving today and filling out paper work so I will sign off now and will try to check back before bedtime.

hope we get a few more losts today to keep our quota up!!!
