Can someone re-post the banana animation link? Judy and I are sitting here with my DH while the girls make us Fettucini Alfredo and spaghetti. So, of course, we're talking about St. Martten and St. Thomas on our last trip. Had to get on the boards to laugh!

Everyone is looking great in the shirts! As Sarah says, they are nana-riffic!

DH, Ken, is LOL about the nana train and ninja shirts.

shell, i wish our doggies could be together while we're together. i have not heard back from ct. nautica but i faxed them again and told them he MUST get it together.........bet they're scared right? can you imagine all of us being on the same boat? do you thin they would ever be the same again?

No worries, Kim! You'll be there by about 12:00 or 1:00 (if I understand the way buses run from WDW -- it may have changed since last year.) You just won't be there when they first open the terminal.

I think "officially" boarding is supposed to start around 1:00, but it seems like they start a bit before then -- Kathy??? Cruise vets -- is this correct?

You will definitely be there for the cruise meet. Last year we had plenty of time to have lunch & DD went swimming before the meet -- and we weren't among the very first to board.

Last year, we did plan an unofficial meet at Signals @ 1:01. . .

Anyway, if that gift involves alcohol, I definitely want you to get to us!!!!!!! (not that we wouldn't enjoy your company. . .)

I think they starting boarding the ship at 11 or 11:30, if I remember correctly. And Cheri, youze guyz actually got there before boarding starting last year. I remember distinctly spotting the rolling carry-on o'booze in the terminal!

1. As I understand it, you don't HAVE to have passports this year. Because of the backlog, they will be mandatory in '08. From what everyone else on here is saying, I don't think you'll get it in time for this trip, so you may just need to bring his birth certificate. However, I'd still call DCL or your TA just to verify. I've been known to be wrong (HUH? ).

I think you made your one mistake for the year already (and Bob called you on it!) so you are correct here!

From what I understand, much of the backlog (aside from the government not putting enough people in the positions to issue the Passports) is due to the large number of applications from people who don't actually need passports yet. (People who haven't scheduled an international flight in the near future, etc.) Now don't get me wrong -- it's important to have them and it makes things a lot easier, but the some of the delay is caused by all the people who are applying "just in case."

It's like being in line for the bathroom at a race; it's about 5 minutes until the start and several people in front of you are spectators. Hello -- the spectatators could use the restroom once the race starts!!! How's that for a really bad analogy???
