You know, Jeff, I have to ask one question. No offense to anyone on this thread, but if you are in Hawaii, why are you posting so frequently on this board? I mean, shouldn't you have a coconut drink in your hand laying in a hammock on a beach somewhere?:lmao:

He loves us. He can't bear to be away. Plus he feels totally guilty for not taking all of us with him. So let the guilt eat him up ... :rotfl2:

Well, it's official I have started my cruise diet:yay: . In 2005 I had lost 20 lbs right before my cruise. It somehow all came back:scared: So, as of today I am starting again. If I don't lose 20 lbs I will have to buy an entirly new cruise wardrobe in a much bigger size and that doesn't make me happy. Anyone else starting a diet for the cruise? I even added a weight lose countdown to my signature so everyone can yell at me when they see it going up instead of down.

I've lost 33 pounds this past year since having my DS. I highly recommend sparkpeople .com I still have a few more I'd like to lose to reach my ideal "cruise weight."

Josh, stay away from Carnival sonce you cant drink or gamble.

Of course on some of the islands you can:rolleyes1
Just done tell your mom I said that:lmao:

I just wrote a huge long letter to carnival and their site wouldnt let me send it, so I asked for a different address to write to. I didnt tell them it was to complain about the rude crew or taking the kids mints.;)

Hope they send me an address.

will check back soom

LOL - While you are right Bob...I'm generally posting when the kids have fallen asleep or are taking showers and we are getting ready to head out. Unfortunately as an independent consultant I have to check my email at least once a day. The good news is that nothing has eaten up my time with work..so I've had time to post.

But - *sniff sniff* if you all don't want to hear from me....

Jeff,
Dont listen to him,
the rest of us love hearing from you.
Even if we are jealous of your vacation.;)
Glad to hear your all having a great time. Hope you will have lots of pictures to share when you return.

I NEVER expressed a desire to not hear from him. As a matter of fact, I like Jeff. I now understand about the client e-mails. When you are the business, you never REALLY take vacation! But to spend time conversing with the likes of Shell while on vacation, that just amazes me. :duck:

We are now checked in at the Hyatt and getting ready to head down to the pool and beach. Changing hotels is way harder in practice than in theory but we're relatively settled now; the hard part was that we were in an all suite hotel and moved to a regular hotel room. Just a little shocking to not have the big luxurious bathroom anymore. The bathroom here at the Hyatt is reminiscent of DCL. :rotfl2:

But off we go to the pool and another waterslide for Lizzie and I. AND a little kid version for miss Emily. Her first waterslide ever.

Bob- PM sent...

TTFN.

OK...I love the weight loss countdown thing--I am up 15 lbs:sad1: -need to loose by November--I think I may take the hint from you and do this too--that is if I can remember how to do the signature thing :upsidedow

I was that innocent ... :rolleyes1

Me too..I was an angel:stitch2:

Hey guys I need your help. I am 0 for 2 when it comes to making ADR's:confused: The only place we have ever eaten in Epcot was Alfredo's and that's closing:mad: Where do you guys recommed we try lunch on Saturday after the cruise? We are planning on spending most of the day in Epcot and maybe a quick trip to the Magic Kingdom before we get on the plane. Please help...I need to make an ADR somewhere:confused3

Christine,
how about one of the restaurants around the worlds section??

Try foods from a different country??

My family loves the german food and the moroccan foods.

The mexican restaurant inside the pavillion is very nice too,
of course if your trying to loose weight you could to to The Land and eat in their healty food court:goodvibes NOT on vacation;)

The restaurant in China is excellant too, sorry I dont know the names but each world only has one main restaurant then snack places . You could probably go on line to get the names.

France has the mot well known restaurant but we dont care for french foods, but behind it , in the back is a french pasrty shop that is AWESOME!!!1:love:

Good luck with your decision.

kathy

Christine, that Morrocan restaurant is fun, especially if they have the belly dancer during your meal.

the rest of us love hearing from you.

We do...? Just kidding!!!
How's everyone? I don't know if my mom reported, but my dad, sis and I all changed around our living room without my mom knowing. It was pretty funny when she got home and was like "hmm..." :confused3 :confused3

Talk more later!

Our favorite table restaurant in EPCOT is Teppan Ero (new name for Teppanaki) in Japan. In August, we'll eat there twice...once each week!

It is beautiful in Michigan today. About 75 degrees, nice breeze and blue skies, but we never did get really any rain. It rained about 5 minutes tops. Holly, it looked like you guys got a pretty fair amount.
