I thought you would get a kick out of it. Holloween at our house is NUTS every year. I noticed your counter no longer has a "months" placeholder and your last dolphin is about to jump ship. . . . .This thing is getting close!!

And I hate to get picky and burst a couple bubbles, but actually there are 31 days to go b/c October has 31 days

As to the height, look at the picture we gave for the website...Lisa is tall too btw, almost 6 feet.

When i dropped DD off at school today I said, "Have a good day and make good choices." She just looked at me and said, "What's that supposed to mean?" I love it! I'm going to throw that line at her every day now when I drop her off at school. I might even roll down the window and holler it at her as I'm driving off just so her friends can hear it too.

When i dropped DD off at school today I said, "Have a good day and make good choices." She just looked at me and said, "What's that supposed to mean?" I love it! I am a huge civil war freak and of course I had civil war music. Nothin like a good rendition of "Goober Peas" played by the 7th Regimental String Band on fiddle and banjo, with the windows open to get an 8 year old to run out of the car!!! And I wonder why she has issues with me!
Any other mothers, please share your secrets with us!

Hmm, I'm going to have to think about that...

ETA: I did make one bad choice this morning. I didn't answer the phone when my in-laws called before 8am to wish me happy bday. I don't speak to anyone that early in the morning. So now I'm sure they're mad at me and I'll have to call and apologize.

Chuck/Iceman - My DH is going to be happy. He won't be the only one sticking out in the crowd. But you're still going to have look down a little at him. He's only 6'5"...maybe 6'6" with shoes on. Do you have to pack a separate suitcase with just your shoes too?

Happy Birthday!!! I say in a few week you treat yourself to a Midnight Dessert Buffet for your birthday. Hopefully you were awake when the phone rang. Just tell the inlaws you thought they were one of those calls to see who you will be voting for. They call at all hours of the days and night.

Thanks. I'm already considering the cruise my bday present to myself.
I was up when they called, but my weekday mornings are chaotic. DS is a bear in the morning and he's about all I can handle at that time.

At that point, he just started laughing and rolled his eyes. I think he was happy to go back to his mom and get away from me.

Susan and Cindy... are your rooms next to each other? I can't believe how many dis rooms are on deck 2 aft. It will make deliveries very easy. I think that Love2travel is closer to me, because I'm deck 2 forward.

A 12 year old from N. Ireland! I'm sure you saying that will be one of his fondest memories! Our very good friends that did the last cruise with us and attended our vow renewal are from N. Ireland. The McGlones and McCrackens. What a trip that was. Crazy Irish! We tried talking them into coming this trip but neither were able to. Both families went back to Ireland over the summer and decided another trip was out of the question.

You guys that are doing pillow cases. What are you doing? I don't want to sound stupid but I will. That may be something I could consider for my DGS. Are they easy to do?
