I couldn't stand it anymore, I decided to cash out our change jar. After a year of saving all our change the grand total was-------$447.55. That is $2.45 short of our booked excursions total. I should have waited until tomorrow and I probably could have been over the $450 mark. Everyone post your totals as soon as you cash out.

That is awesome! I know I won't have near that much. Unfortunately, we've gotten into it a time or two.

I had a problem getting the website earlier today but it seems to be ok now.
I read your earlier post Ken, and I thought about the word "torture". You're absolutely right. I don't need any more projects! I'm going to finish what I started and call it done. I made a packing list today and I hope I remembered everything!

Lisa got my usual cabin, lisa got my usual cabin, maybe I should call and request she be changed to a better one.....I hear you like the laundry room.

Seriously Jessica got out the map of the ship and "mapped" out her route to everyone's cabin. She liked that to get to Mason you make a U around the elevator.

Ha ha!! I do actually use the laundry room on board, but I'm very happy not to have it next to our cabin!!

Mason likes that he'll be near ya'all and the Lab!! A double bonus!!

Lisa that is why we like that location. A quick walk to the kids area and up the stairs to food and beverage.

I keep reiterating about all this packing stuff...we leave on Friday evening to drive to the port so we will pack on Thursday, unless that is the Miami Georgia Tech game (and I think it is) so maybe we pack on Wednesday instead. nuf said. Even then, half the stuff my wife brings for her and Mason won't be worn anyway.

I got the site to work by taking off the index.htm that was tacked on the end when I saved it to my favorites.

I'm doing the same. I keep perseverating about what to pack, how much, when I should do it, who needs new underwear, etc. I have nightmares that I forget our passports and MVMCP tickets! I told DH last night that I made a list for all of us and his response was "Put it somewhere. I won't need it until the night before!" That kind of response drives me crazy. All I want is a little bit of participation! He did look at the Navigators I printed from the 10/6 DD. I think he was looking for the beer tasting times!
DIS Countdown has us at 29 days! With respect to you Chuck, I prefer their count because I like the idea of breaking into the 20's!!! It's been a long time coming having booked well over a year ago!

I read a long time ago about the pack everything you think you will need then remove half of it from your suitcase. Its true. We also will use the laundery service when we get onboard to wash some of the essentials so we can really limit what we bring.

I think I have my stuff down to the bare minimum. I'm just so fearful that I'm going to forget something really important. I am definately planning on doing some laundry too.
It seems like everyone is on deck 2. I'll be down for the party!!!! We're still on 7 but I'm not giving up hope that we'll be upgraded. In the meantime I'm christening the secret deck on 7. It will be the Hickey-Cook party room! Come on up!!!

Other people are saying they're having trouble too, but it opens for me. I can't access it at school because it's blocked, but at home I don't have any trouble.

BTW--will you be sailing cat. 1 in June of 2010? Friday is almost here--it's decision time. LOL!
