Wow.... I've never heard of it. Neither of my co-workers had every heard of it either.
Maybe its a regional thing? Like Sweetest day. (I just heard about THAT one this year!)


New England is Borning I guess. I don't think we have any special holidays or celebrations.

I guess us West Coasters are boring too! I hadn't heard of it until Steph mentioned it earlier. What's Sweetest day?

I have a hard enough time keeping up with the normal holidays and birthdays.

Its the third Saturday in October and its kind of like Valentines day.
(also not celebrated in NE, I think its a upper mid-west kind of holiday... My friend from Michigan had to teach her husband to celebrate it )

Everything I've read fixates the golden BD around the midwest areas. MN, Iowa, the Dakotas(?), WI and IL. Maybe it's german or Scandinavian? Some idiot actually says SHE invented it. Um, no.

If you haven't done it already - go to IMBD.com and search the movies for Enchanted. Pull up the Enchanted page and go to the trivia section. I was amazed at learning all the "hidden Disney's" in the movie. Like the women who voiced Belle and Ariel had acting parts. I love learning the trivia on movies like that.

BTW! Thanks for that tip!!! I haven't looked yet but will have to now! Of course, I'm usually listening to it as I paint but I actually watch during the Central Park scene. I love that number. That movie was highly underrated!

Is the ONE room number the only one that changed of everyone? I have room numbers written on the tags of my gifts so I want to make sure.

I have heard it as your golden or champagne birthday. Of course...you can't have champagne at 2....

We have not gotten our documents yet...getting a bit nervous. We leave in 7 days! Get me out of this cold weather in NY!

All I have to do is shut off my computer and transefer my phones!
(after I print off my boarding passes that is!... Otherwise vacation would have started at 4:30!)

feenie-- so jealous have a safe flight and we saw see you in a few days. Man oh many.. DH last day of work was today. I have to work Tues and Wed. But I'm off to go to the doctors with DH. So I'm so excited. I have to work tomorrow but now kids in the school so it will be awesome.

Never heard of that stuff about the birthdays. That is so cool even cooler cause my DD Katie will be 17 on the 17th of November, How cool is that. Oh my I'm that old..time surely does fly. She is such a good kid for the most part.

I called to see what movies were going to be playing while we are cruising. She said what was on now was likely to be what would be playing when we cruise as well.

DH is official off of work for 2 weeks!! I have 2 days left (Tues. & Wed.)

I really don't think I'm going to sleep much Wednesday night. I be to excited to sleep. Has this happened to anyone else.

Most bags are packed, getting the little details done. Still need to go and get my camera. I think I'm going to get it today. My sister in law screwed those plans ups last week when she feel and broke her ankle while ice skating. lol she had surgery yesterday and doing much better.

We leave Thursday morning have to be at the airport by 5:30am DD Katie is not a happy camper about that. she is no morning person.

Is anyone else packed and ready. I know there a few already on there or on there way there.

Well have a great last weekend before we get to see each other on that Wonderful ship!!!
