11/15/09 Wonder

I think the fish extenders are lots of fun!
We would be interested in doing this also.
(we got a really cute one made for our last cruise!)

If everyone is on board, we would just need to decide how we want to do it.

Personally I prefer to only have to do our deliverys once, maybe set it up so that we have scheduled days to deliver... Although if our group stays small I would be ok with doing something small each day.

Rather than do the fish extenders our group met by the internet cafe & exchanged our things then. Not the first day; the second day.

Hello all the FE are all new to me so I have no clue on how to do it. Just let me know. :cool1:

I'm enjoying this wonderful weather!!!!!

180 days left

Speaking of fish extenders. Is anyone here interested in doing this? I think it would be fun to do in getting ready for the cruise and enjoying on the cruise too. We would have 2 connecting rooms on deck 8 with 5 in each room.

Anyone else?

In thinking about it right now with our "magic" backround I already have ideas on what we would pass out on our day.

Just lemme know.

Mike

Sounds like you should be the oraganizer:cheer2::grouphug:

I know I don't have a problem with that.:hippie:

I bet the others would go along with it :worship:

Let us know when & how. :flower3:

I don't mind being the organizer. I haven't been on a cruise since 2001 and haven't participated before in the FE gift exchange. So ya'll will have to make sure I don't miss something.

I guess it seems like our cruise involvement is still a small handful where it would be a family or 2 being a gift giver for a particular day. We currently have 3 adults (me, wife, sister), 1 girl (12 yrs) and 6 boys (10 to 15 months). I don't think the youngest one will miss anything.

My wife and daughter scrapbook. I have magic (www.myspace.com/paisanomagic) and cutting cans (www.myspace.com/thisispopart) as a hobby. So we can get a handful of gifts for not very expensive. As well as the fun little stocking stuffer toys and candy.

I guess tell me the details of your group and if you want a particular day to give gifts on and I'll come up with a schedule

You got it boss.

It might be a good idea to wait till we get a little closer & then get a list of the ones that want to participate & if they have any ideas.

Thanks for being willing to take this on. What we did for our last cruise was come up with a list of stateroom #'s and info about who is staying in them like age etc. (age for kids anyway :goodvibes) as well as any allergies

Our party is 2 adults Me: Athene And DH Brendon and one 8 year old girl: Abby. (with a nut allergy)
Stateroom 7624

Just to weigh in on my end because I'd like to do some FE stuff. This is our first cruise.
To me 100% honest, I don't want to have to be anywhere for any meets. I want no timetables for our vacation other than the ones you ned to have for dinners and such. I was hoping the FE was more of a hang out your "shingle" and those wanting to participate would swing on by when they could. I can happily do that. :goodvibes

And I don't want anyone to make any plans around us. So if you'd all rather do a get together, go for it.:yay:

When we get closer I'll pester everyone. We're going to have fun being creative for this.

I'll start the list with the above information. Not to worry about the nut allergy. My DD has a tree nut allergy too. I'll make sure to emphasize the allergies, hobbies, interests, ages, rooms etc. on the spreadsheet.

Thanks

HAVE A WONDERFUL AND SAFE MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!!!

Our plans are heading out on the boat hopefully today and Monday!!!! Big (like 20+) family cookout on Monday. The more peeps the better is what my family always says!!

Ok now its getting closer and I'm getting more excited. I really can not talk Disney to the family cause they get mad at me, so this is the only place I can get excite. The family said i can not talk about Disney until 3 months before it. Yeah right I will have to talk about it sometime over the summer. lol

So we are no down to 173 days. I have a quick questions when can we book the spa?? I never cruised before so I'm not sure. Help me out. I want to surprise hubby with the Rasual Message. Any idea's on which day to book it???

The following is straight from the Disney Cruise Line Passporter -
"The Disney Cruise Line web site - click on the blue words when ready - http://www.disneycruise.com lets you make Palo, Vista Spa, Flounder's Reef childcare, even preregister for the Oceaneer Club and Lab. Reservations can be made online from 3 to 75 days in advance (up to 90 days for Castaway Club members), assuming your cruise is paid in full."

Hope that helps.:flower3:

I have to wait another 98 days. huh!! We have been paid in full since February!!!!! Can not wait to book it all.. NOw all we need to do is get our passports and some new cloths. ....:lmao:

What is everyone doing in Nassua. We are not going to swim with the dolphins.:sad2: cost to much $$ for 5 of us!! so now I need to decide what to do in Nassua with 5 of us. I guess we just walk around

The Ardastra Gardens & City Tour sounds good to me. It's $42/adult & $29/child 3-9.

The other things I've done similar things on the other cruises and pretty much once was enough.

In Castaway Cay I want to do the Walking & Kayak Nature Adventure.
