COUNTDOWN PANTIES?!?!?!? I love it!! :cool1:

We do the posterboard with post-it notes that the kids get to rip off....about 30 days out...although of course, every time my daughter sees me on the DIS, she says "Check our ticker, check our ticker"...

I bought an over-the-door holder this time too - no more "have you seen my (fill in the blank)"... I get enough of that at home even though everything has it's place (it's just not always put there when they're done with it!!).

Travelbee - how's your puppy doin'??

What Mom (MSTXMOM) neglected to mention is that we also have a whiteboard countdown. As soon as dates are definite the trip goes on the board (we used posterboard that we cut into a castle shap to frame it) and we start counting days down. However, that board only gets updated each week.

hey, what can I say - we get as much enjoyment from planning as we do from experiencing!!

Isn't that the truth?? Love planning and it is SO entertaining! It an keep me entertained for a year most times and sometimes longer!

Thank you all for the good thoughts and prayers. Maggie (our golden) is back home tonight. Except for her hind legs being weak and wobbly, she's pretty much her old self again and very happy to be home. Apparently, stroke for dogs is not nearly as debilitating as it is for humans. The doctor said she'll have a full recovery in a few weeks but will have to be on meds for arthritis! :cheer2:

She is very happy to be home. A few times she wagged her tail so hard that she fell over (because her hind legs are still weak). It was pretty funny.

Happy is good - very good indeed! ...and the best medicine that there is. Give her a good ear scratching from Gail in Michigan.

I'm back! So much has happened lately that I haven't had a chance to keep up with the thread! I hate missing out on all the fun!! But I'm now engaged and getting married in July so I've been busy with all of that! So now I need to add 2 more to our group. They've already been added to the reservation but I would love to add them to our group! So please let me know how to add them! Also I don't know if I received (or lost) the link to the cruise list info! If someone would PM me that would be wonderful!!
