Where is my snow that I ordered.:sad1: I want to play and make my snow people.:lmao: But I can't if there is no snow. (hello) Please send it fast. My friends think I'm crazy because I want snow so bad. They asked if it did snow would I wear pants? :scared1: PANTS :scared1: I am a shorts person all the way, all year long.:lmao: Also this morning my sister and her DH and our parents left for there cruise on the Wonder:cheer2: Can't wait for our turn.

:yay: Kim:yay:

Well, I got it all boxed up and took it to the post office but come to find out, snow is one of the items that our post office will not ship out ;) ;)
Sorry....

My DS's never tried that but the youngest one did cut the dog's hair once. Mugsy was a long haired chihuahua (yes, everything you hear about small dogs is true) and then, in the infinate wisdom of a 4 year old, decided to try and tape the hair back on. When he was questioned, his response was that the tape seemed to work better than glue! WHAT a kid!

Gail - that was hilarious!

Ah what a guy! Glad you had a nice evening. My big one decided not only to cut her own bangs but also her sister's. 2 days before the Christmas picture appt. That was my presents for the grandparents. Arrrggg. She has to use her own $$ to get them fixed and not at her fun kiddy hair cut place.....

:rotfl2: :rotfl: :rotfl2: :rotfl: :rotfl2: :rotfl: :rotfl2: :rotfl:
Hang on... let me get a breath....
:rotfl2: :rotfl: :rotfl2: :rotfl: :rotfl2: :rotfl: :rotfl2: :rotfl:
Oh, I remember those days!!! Oh, it's so much funnier hearing it from someone else. Trust me... one day you will laugh.

One day.

Keep reminding yourself - this too will pass and oh yeah, where did I put that bottle of wine?!?!?

Yep... I've always said I've discovered the medicinal use of alcohol.. a little for me keeps my kids alive!

Bummer!! Probably has something to do with all that water that floats out of the back of the boat, er, uh, truck, as it's going down the highway.

Just wait until one of the eating machines does something. I will laugh "with you" then HA

Took her to my hair lady-with tats and pink highlighted hair for the fix. She liked her so much she wants to go there from now on. Saves me $$$$.

11 monthes from now I will be......

OK, I'm almost caught up so I should probably start replying to some posts.

FE gifts I loooovvveee them. Got a lot of mine at the dollar store. Can my white elephant be alcoholic???

Please don't give me away!

I expect to be there after second seating dinner, around 10 pm. Anybody interested in stopping by to join me?

I'll be there. I'm a bit (OK, a huge) beer geek so I'm still trying to figure out how to get some good beer onto the ship. I'm not sure how I'll do it but I have 11 months to figure it out.

And just think... after the initial investment is paid off, you no longer have to pay for a room when you go to visit your favorite white-gloved one.

You might not have to pay for a room but how will you be able to pay for food? ;)

Mary, LOL!!! SWMBO indeed! At least he knows how to keep harmony in the household, right? :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Definitely.

Unfortunately, we didn't rebook onboard because we too thought it was the trip of a lifetime

I have a lifetime, SWMBO has a lifetime, spawsn DDs 1 & 2 have lifetimes...
That's four cruises right there.

Um, me thinks you forgot the 2nd part of the screen name-the one that tells us who you are "dip" :worship:

I figured the admins wouldn't let me have
bleatings-0547.jpg

And contrary to popular belief (at least in this household) I didn't break the forum.

Y'all crack me up. I can't wait to Rock the Boat with you.

Sorry for my prolonged absence. I hate it when real life interferes with my Disney Life, but I just had to get my baby fix and go visit my 3 week old nephew. He is SOOOOO cute and it was such a joy to be able to hold and cuddle with him. Then, when he started screaming like a banshee, I handed him back to my sister-in-law and went to bed and slept through the night. :rotfl2:

Can you believe that only 11 months from now we'll all be together? Speaking of which, we'll probably be having a White Elephant exchange at our meet. Something small, in the $5-$10 range. Most folks like to give something either Disney related or something from their home town. So keep this in mind as you Christmas shop, in case you run across souvenir items on sale.

Gail, we've even got snow in Seattle this week. It's 20 out right now, which is deep-freeze temps for us "moderate climate" types. But, on the bright side, I get to use my AWD Explorer for the purpose God intended. :lmao:

Please stand by for a northern MI weather report.

Currently 9 degrees F (-13 C) with light snow. Windchill is -11F or -17C depending on your preferred flavor. We lost at least a foot of snow yesterday, got up into the high 30's and it rained all day and last night. The wind began (we have constant wind at about 20 or so with gusts to 30) during the night and the temps began to drop. When I got up this morning, it was 30 but by the time I got to work (I don't move very fast in the morning) it was in the upper teens. Needless to say, the roads that were not plowed are a total mess. Our drive is awful - I got out this morning but I am not really sure how. The ruts are all frozen from yesterday's comings and goings. I guess the only good thing is that the old stuff isn't blowing around in the wind - too water logged and frozen to move!

OK - I promise not to whine about it again...... today anyway :rotfl:

Hopefully DH and I can get to Ohio this weekend to see my parents and his mom. Anyone want to watch the dog?? Guess ole Walter may get to travel out of state. He is so good in the car (or has been up to this point) so I guess we shall see. Drew is home so hopefully he can be on doggie watch when he isn't working.

Everyone done shopping? And if so, want to do the rest of mine?? I do well until I run out of ideas and that is where I currently am. Middle DS has asked for gift certs that they can use for groceries. Not my idea of a real Christmas gift but, it is what it is and if I can't think of anything else, it may just be what they get. Their ladies are much more fun - guys are harder to buy for.

Then, when he started screaming like a banshee, I handed him back to my sister-in-law and went to bed and slept through the night. :rotfl2:

Isn't that the best part of being an Auntie!!!! :cool1:

And - for the record, here in Dallas (do you hear me, Mother Nature - this is TEXAS - not the North Pole!!), we are expecting a high of 38 today - the windchill this morning was 15 degrees! :scared1: Not much to you northerners, but frigid to us!

MaryAz - what happened to your pre-trip report? I can't seem to find it any longer.

It was a downpour on the way to work this morning out in California and cold too. But I guess I can't complain comparing to what everyone else is experiencing.

Didn't I hear something about it snowing in Houston, of all places, over the weekend? Evidently, Mother Nature didn't get the global warming memo.
