11/06/11 Dream 4 Day

If you don't bring anyone along I'm betting you could get Peggy to share with you on the 3 day portion. She's a good roommate, very tidy and organized and FUN. I know she won't want to be getting off the ship with the batch of family that is only doing the 4 day, when her two sisters are staying on board! She can join in with us, of course, but I'm betting she'd rather have a verandah and only ONE roomate. ......just a thought.....

I know I would! I hope to book on Thursday or Friday, provided there is a rep on board. There seemed to be a lot of inside cabins still open, and solo sailing mean it aint cheap.

PS, I have never done a 4 night, either. Another first.

Thanks Jackie! I just realized, I lied, I went on a 4 night Carnival cruise many years ago. I slept through Key West. Hopefully I won't sleep through anything on this one.

So, how's everyone doing? It's a glorious hot day here in the UK and we have plans with friends for a great day...margeritas at the ready!

Relay for life bake sale, getting the van ready for the trip to Iowa to pick up oldest from college. Wed after finals...laundry, outside stuff...

We officially hit our first 100 degree day yesterday, but do have a cool front on it's way, so hopefully no more of those till June!

I may, or may not, do chores today. Will definately pay bills. Tomorrow is the LOST series finale, so I'll be sure I have beverages and munchies to get me through that adventure. I told my boss it was like my Super Bowl Sunday tomorrow!

I foresee a nap in my future, later today!

Feels like its been 100 degrees here today too....probably more like 80 but we're not used to it! Enjoy your Lost finale, we gave up a while back!

Just checking in as I'm heading off to WDW on Saturday with another DISer for 10 days of Disney delights!!! We're staying at Bay Lake Tower and have a lot planned - including meeting up with the lovely Monica!!!

Anyway, I wanted to confirm that, despite my lack of posting, I'm still onboard for this B2B cruising extravaganza...

I just found out today that we have a corporate discount for WDW tickets! I'm sure it's a very modest discount, but I never knew! Unfortunately none for Disneyland...

WTPug? Actually, when I worked for a while we had WDW discounts and then that went away but we got to cut in line on Spaceship Earth, after going up in the secret elevator and being able to get a cold drink and use a very clean potty.

I like not working more than I like corporate perks.
