11/06/11 Dream 4 Day

Just daydreaming about this cruise this morning :cloud9:

Think I'll mosey over to the cruise meets links and see if anyone has started a thread for the 11/10 3 day......

.

Well just thought i would peek in and see what was going on! Not much i see! Well back to the school work!!!! I will be glad when August gets here and i am DONE!!!!!!!

Needing a little help! My husband loves going on Disney Cruises, however when it comes to things like the sail a way party, pirates party and other exciting celebrations i can not get him into them... any suggestions...any husbands out there that could help me out!

nope , my DH wont go either.. so u can hang with me if u like..

Hi all! Just checking in, hard to get enthused too much about this before our WBTA cruise this September :thumbsup2

Still thinking of adding on the 11/10 cruise to this......:rolleyes1

Have a good week everyone!:)

It's official. Deposit is down, we are going on our first ever cruise. Including extended family, so far it's my family of 5, in-laws (2), parents (2), and still waiting to hear from siblings on both sides. :)

I would say it's too early to start planning but it's also too late. I have started planning and researching and planning and researching and, well you get the point. We can't wait.

Welcome Aboard Troop o' Goofs! It's never to early to start planning, that's half the fun! :goodvibes

Nice to have you join. I just also joined the group. I am doing a B2B doing the 3 night nov 3 and then the 4 night.

I tried to convice DW to do that but since this will be our first cruise and we are a party of 5 it is expensive enough without knowing if we will enjoy cruising.

I am working on creating pirate invitations to have "mailed" to the kids with Mickey inviting them to the cruise. Once I finish them I will post pictures.

Quick quesiton: Since I've put down my deposit, will Disney be sending me anything at this point or only when we have paid the remaining balance.

You will most likely get something with in the next few weeks, a little brochure that tells you very little about anything and a welcome letter. I deposited in May and got the letter about 3 weeks later. You may or may not get anything else until a month before when you should get you document booklet and luggage tags. When we get about 30 days out, ask about luggage tags and all, that way you will have the answers fresh in your mind.

And I think 4 nights will really help you know if you want to sail again. 3 nights used to be the test, but on DCL there is so much to do and see on the ship that you really cant do it in 2 days.

Just popping in to say hi! My sisters is thinking about switching her cruise so she may not be on this sailing after all, but for now my family is still in!

Has anyone ever used Weight Watchers online? I just signed up last night to try to get some of this residual baby weight off. It's sort of expensive, but as I said to my husband, if it really helps me, it's worth the cost. Because clearly, I'm not losing the weight on my own. :rotfl: I like the fact that it adjusts for the fact that I'm nursing my 5 month old.

I've done it. :thumbsup2 First, it's less expensive than going to the meetings. Second, tracking....tracking....tracking is one of the things 'they' say is important to successful weight loss. And by 'they' I don't just mean WW, more as in the 'studies have shown' they.

I'm having trouble getting back on track with my healthy eating. Will be shooting for more healthy meals this week! (as I sit here thinking about getting a hot dog and fries before going to the movies :rolleyes1).

Hola and Greetings to all! We just got off the 5-day Wonder Cruise and while on board booked this trip. We are a category 11B- standard inside stateroom. We were going to book our usual porthole room ( which was almost the same price) but since it will just be me and DW we figured we would see about the virtual porthole. Thought it would be cool to try something new along with the ship :lmao: This will be cruise #9...now we are seriously considering adding the 3-day behind it and doing a B2B....that would be with out DVC points.....

Anyway looking forward to hearing from you all over the next 16 months.....:thumbsup2

There are several in this gang staying on for the 3 days after (and some the 3 day before). Just think what fun it would be to walk back onto the ship after four days and receive your PLATINUM gifts! :thumbsup2 Book now and try and get the same stateroom so you don't have to pack up....come on...you know you want to!

I'm thinking about making journals for the great neices to use during the cruise and perhaps can talk my sisters into getting them DCL scrapbook supplies to take home. Won't start that project till we are sure the cruise is a 'go' for them, but am collecting ideas now. I seem to recall folks on the Design forums have journal pages that can be customized.

We went ahead and did it...we are going B2B from 11/6 to 11/13....the end of the second portion will mark the completion of 10 cruises so when we book next we will be Platinum.....looking forward to the trip
