10th Anniversary Celebration ~ Any ideas?

Thank you. :)

I'll be there on my 25th too (I hope) and without the kids or at least they'll have their own rooms by then! :rotfl2:

Also work that Anniversary Button. Where it all the time :)
My husband did. He flashed to everybody & anybody who would look.lol
We did get a couple of perks. It was fun.

Fantasmic? So cute! Last and only time we were ever at Disney alone was during the honeymoon back in '98! Seems like a million years ago!

Love your puppy pic too! :)

We've celebrated birthdays before at WDW but never an anniversary. I would love to hear ideas, suggestions, and personal experiences!

Thanks! :)

We are leaving next week for our 20th :groom: :bride: Anniversary (w/ our 3:dance3: kids) and I've planned the following:
1. Ordered basket from memoriesbybetsy.com
2. Booked scuba diver and personalized menus at Coral Reef and order cake.
3. Ordered slipper dessert for our Breakfast at CRT
4. Booked photo shoot at Polynesian priot to breakfast at Ohana's
5. Ordered mini-castle cake at 1900 Park Fare dinner
6. Booked Wishes Celebration Cruise and ordered anniversary cake.
Hope these ideas help! Happy Anniversary!

We celebrated our 25th at Ohana and it was made special by the nice man who does the singing and entertaining during dinner. He sang a song especially for us at our table and later he had us stand and dance while he sang a slow romantic song. We happened to be the only couple that evening celebrating an anniversary and he went out of his way to make it extra special for us. It is a great WDW memory.

Congrats on 20 years!!! :thumbsup2 I've heard many good things about these baskets from Betsy! How much was the scuba diver? I don't know if I could stomach CR again though. I had the worst ever dining experience in there. (Never stayed through dinner so it's not the food, it was the server!) I'm sure she's long gone by now though! ;)

CRT slipper is really cool. You can specify white or dark chocolate too. So pretty you wont wanna eat it. LOL

I would love to see your Poly pics when you get back. If you post them somewhere on here please post the link. I'm a photographer myself and I'm not sure if I should do this or just do my own. I'm so picky when it comes to pictures.

Tell me more about the mini castle cake! Sounds adorable and DH and the kids would LOVE that! GREAT IDEA!

The cruise sounds nice too. I wonder how long it lasts. Is it still $225? I think that's what they said last time I called about it but I'm not sure. Have you done it before? I would think the show was amazing from the boat!?

You've been a big help. Thanks!!! Great ideas!!! :lovestruc

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at CR - we loved it. For now the scuba diver & menus are free. Call CR and ask for Debbi - she is wonderful to deal with. She will give you her e-mail address in order for you to send her pics for the menus.

I ordered the slipper at CRT for our anniversary and at 1900 PF for DDs b-day. This is her very first trip and I want to make it special for her two. I ordered the mini castle one for our anniv at 1900 PF for the same night.

For more info on cakes and the mini-castle, check out the cake thread: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1173219

Here's info on the cruises: http://www.wdwinfo.com/recreation/fireworks.htm

Good luck with your plans! :goodvibes
