107 years young

My MIL's neighbor, Alice, is 107 today. She is sharp as a tack, gets going every day, dresses up nicely for each coming day, jewelry, earrings, etc. I think that is pretty cool!!! 107 today for Alice. Can you imagine all she has seen, heard and experienced since 1895?!?!?!?!

Well Happy Birthday to Alice!!! I wonder what is her secret?? You know?? I look at my Grandfather he is 89 and is in very good physical health(If you saw him you would think he was maybe 70)
Anyways He smoke most of his life (stopped at about 60- but smoked when others did around him still)
Drinks a beer and a shot of whisky with lunch and has wine with dinner, eats what he wants ect... I just think it must be genes!!
Although he did stay active playing tennis every morning till he was 82 also walked or rode his bike everyday after dinnner.

When you are a teen you are hopeful (I'm almost 20)

When you are in your 30's you look behind (I just passed 30)

When you are in your 40's on you are sly (How old do I look)

When you pass 100 it all recycles (I'm 107 and a half)
