I'm absolutely stumped.
And I figured there has to be someone on DIS that can help!
Yesterday I shower-steamed the gown twice for 10 minutes, today I did it again for 20 minutes, then ironed it on a low setting, then on a higher setting through a towel... and it is still wrinkly!!
There is one specific wrinkle in the front that falls around my thigh that still has the wrinkle from being folded in the bag. It's the only one that's still really intense, but I really want to get rid of it.
I have to sing at my Baccalaureate ceremony tonight so I want my gown to look good(I'm having enough trouble thinking about how I'm going to have my hair because I have to take off my cap when I sing!
)
If any of you have a suggestion as to what I can do I'd really appreciate it!! It's yellow and as the subject says - 100% polyester.
My mom was contemplating putting it in the dryer.. would that be safe for it?
Thank You!!
