I did it!!!!!!!!!! Another day done and another day done-another one bites the dust!

22/100 and still going very strong :)
 

im doing pretty well..16/100...
i did have to reevealuate one of my goals--i said no eating after 7..some nights i dont get home til 630 so it makes it hard ..
im still doing real good with no fast food and not alot of junk...
 
I have made it 23 days! I have lost 14.6 lbs and haven't cheated once, I have used my flex points, but that is what they are for right? :banana:
 
Made it through another day! Feeling good. Not so good on the exercise, but I'm trying.
 
Whoo Hoooo I made it thru Day 1(one, numero uno) Not even a craving. And I did have temptation. My dd Ellissa made cranberry bread last night. Had it starring at me all day, and I didn't go near it.

Tomorrow should be ok, as the rest of the family polished off the bread. Now if I could just get DH to eat that ice cream he brought into the house last night. If I forget it's there I should be ok.
 
Day 10! Switched from Curves diet to WW today, we'll see how it goes. I did have some frozen yogurt at McD's with the kids today but between activity pts and a couple of flex pts, not a problem at all. It was nice to enjoy a bit more freedom in my food choices today!
 
I think I finished day 22 today! I only used 26 points-I have to save those flex points for my Super Bowl Party!

22 down, 78 to go!

I made it through Day 22 yesterday and am almost done with Day 23.
 
Day 2 down, I kept pretty busy today, so I didn't think about what was in the kitchen. Wooo Hooo
 
Ok, I made it through day 23. Unfortunately I engaged in some stress eating and used five flex points. I'm going out of town this weekend, so I will have to be exceptionally careful. We're ordering pizza for Super Bowl Sunday, so I won't worry about pizza on free day. That should help.

Those darn emotions just get the best of me and I want a snack. Then I have one and figure I'm done for, so I may as well have two and so on and so forth. That goodness the kitchen closed at 8pm. That might save me today.

Sorry for rambling.

I made it through Day 23 even with the temptation of chocolate in the lunchroom before I got all my fruits and veggies in. But I resisted until I got them in. And once I did - I was off! :)
 
Day 12 down, no problem. I am getting concerned for Sunday, I live with Steelers fanatics!! I'll manage, stocked up on the fruits today for when they have all their football food.

Keep up the good work everybody!
 
I made it through Day 24 with flying colors. Now comes the weekend!
