Hi Heather!
Your Day 3 plans look great!
I too loved the breakfast choices at the Pop food court - even on days we didn't do a full "meal" for breakfast they always had a lot of good choices - hmmm chocolate croissants!!!
I
those chocolate croissants!! They were very good!
Last year on our trip we made it through all of the countries - it took us 2 afternoons, but it was fun. (We could have done it in 1 afternoon but the kids tired out from the walking).
Hoping we can do it in a day! It was fun though, we just strolled through, shopped in the shops and got snacks and drinks - it's so relaxing just going through each country and looking around at stuff, watch the performers on the streets - no pressure for being somewhere at a certain time or rushing to rides. Those afternoons we walked through Epcot were probably most relaxing we had! Hope you and James have a fun time! The Garden Festival should be really pretty!
We'll have fun...just hope his work doesnt call all the time w/problems!
But we'll deal! Excited for the F & G Fest...should be really pretty!
And YEAH for 1 WEEK!!!!
Hope things are going well at home with you and the kids! Our week has been long, DH wasn't able to come home on Thursday like he as been, so he'll be home tonight, and by Sunday night he'll leave again - less than 48 hours together.

10 more weeks of this...
How are you guys holding up? I bet the kids miss him.
We're holding up! The kids miss him bunches....so do I!! I just keep saying 1 more month of school....then we can move! Hoping in May that I can get up there on weekends to start the house search! I have a realtor there that keeps me informed which is nice! James comes home on friday nights usually and then most of the time leaves Monday morning super early...sometimes even leaves sunday night.
Hang in there....our time is coming!!
Karen
