10 Trips in 27 Months! WOO! HOO! COMPLETED 10/2018

GIRLS TRIP UPDATE:

I was able to make dining reservations for our girl's trip today. We will only be in Disney for 2 days, but I was able to snag California Grill for our first night, which will be convenient, seeing we are staying at the Contemporary.
For our MK day I booked The Plaza for lunch and Tony's for dinner. I know, I know, a lot of people don't like Tony's...But, I haven't been there since i was a little kid, and we needed something in the park to suit my picky teens...There's NO WAY they'd eat at Skipper Canteens, which sucks, because I really liked it in November. And, Joe and I weren't thrilled with LTT last month, and we've all been there soooooo many times, that Ton'y seemed like a good choice...

I also just booked Narcoossees for Joe and I in March. I originally wanted to keep our last night open, but then I got to thinking about being able to see HEA again, and Narcoossees it was. Plus, being spring break, I got worried that if we didn't have a MK resort reservation, that the parking "police" wouldn't let us park...

If Timmy is able to get us into MK for free, I will cancel Narcoossees...

I love watching the fireworks from the deck at Narcoossee's I need to get going and make some more ADR'S for our March trip! So far I have House of Blues, Beaches and Cream and Artist Point. If it was just the two of us I wouldn't care as much but with the boys, I need to know when we're eating because someone is always hungry lol.

I tried to get Beaches and Cream, but everything I looked at was very late at night (past 8pm)... I may continue to stalk the dining page...

I just feel uneasy if I don't have dining booked. I hate waiting in lines, and I hate crowds. Having dining reservations just makes me breath a little easier. LOL!!!
Of course, all my fine planning may go down the toilet, depending on Timmy's availability (which, we won't know until a week before we go down).

Another quick update...I booked Trattoria al Forno for our last morning in WDW for our girl's trip. This may change, depending on what time our flight leaves to go back home to depressing Illinois...I figured it was best to book it, JUST IN CASE...Besides, Gia LOVES Ariel and she is just now getting into Tangled. I know, BEST auntie in the world...

I was seriously only going to put up the big tree in the family room with work being so busy and having the new kitten (which is like having a toddler in the house). But Ash talked me out of it...More like guilted me into putting up all 3.

UPDATE:
Selected Magic bands for the girls trip!!! Plus, I ordered Timmy a very special band for his Disney College program. I'm going to put it in his stocking. I'll give you a hint as to which one it is...They are villains, but not THE main one, and the movie these villains appear in comes out TODAY...

Trattoria Al Forno breakfast is on my to do list! Not sure when I'll end up making it there, but it's definitely on the list. I'm glad you were able to get a reservation for it, it should be a lot of fun!!

Quick update, nothing big...But I moved our reservation for Trattoria Al Forno from the last day of our girl’s trip to the first day during the Disney portion. Simply, because I don’t know our flight time coming home yet, and I didn’t want to do anything to jeopardize that reservation.

I was surprised I was able to move it too!!!! But, since I haven't booked air yet for the girl's trip, I got a little nervous about having Trattoria our last morning...
I hope you, Steve, Chris and Ricky have a WONDERFUL Christmas and an equally Happy New Year!!!!!

Well hello everyone and Happy New Year!!!! We have a busy weekend coming up! My son, Matt and his girlfriend, Kari are on their way over from Ohio to celebrate Christmas (they both had to work all last weekend).

It's Ashley and Ali's birthday on New Year's Eve. So, we have dinner plans to have hibachi Sunday night...Then, Joe and I will probably polish off a bottle of Prosecco at home...

Joe and I are meeting friends for dinner Saturday night at Cooper's Hawk. That will most likely involve some good wine...

Monday, we are taking down all the Christmas decos and making a honey ham.

And, I'm off Saturday to Tuesday...No work for me!!!!!
