10 of us together and whose taking bets on when the bus will get here! UPDATED 10/6

yay an update.
I'm so jealous that you are going to be there in a week!
Have fun and come back and tell us about it. :thumbsup2

My husband kept saying the same thing, What are the odds of seeing someone you know eating at the same time in the same restaurant as you.
It is such a strange feeling when you run into somebody at a large place like Disney.

Granted, we have a week 'Fall Break' were we live - and if you know anything about crowd levels and Disney planning - it's the best out of school time to go to Disneyland.

One year we were meeting another family at DCA and eating a princess breakfast together to celebrate our daughters' birthdays. But the day before - we ended up right next to another girl from my daughter's grade in line for ITTBAB.

My daughter was in 1st grade at the time - but her reaction was very odd, kind of like your kids. Kind of shy and not overly excited - almost embarrassed. My younger daughter who was not school-aged at the time was more excited trying to make friends with the girl's younger sibling.

We talked with the family when waiting in line - but were seated in different places and said goodbye after the show.

We are really excited to be heading down soon and doing the MNSSHP for the first time.

We are wondering who we might see this time. We have quite a few days off from scholl that week and everybody decides to go away that week. The girls have a couple of friends who will be down there at the same time.

Great update and lucky you going back again.

Thanks. I have everything packed except for last minute stuff, so we are ready to go.:woohoo:

Heading Home

We woke up for our last morning in Disney to another glorious sunny day. We started remarking on how lucky we were for the great weather we had all week. It was perfect park touring weather as my father put it. Since we had to catch the ME to the airport at 11:15, we didn't have much time to do much of anything. We got everything packed up, bid farewell to our room and brought our luggage to the lobby to check in for the plane. Since we still had some time to kill, we sent the girls off to the arcade and I went for a walk taking pictures of the resort.

My Dad had us pose with sad faces that we were leaving to go home. Some of us seem sadder than others. :confused3

Before we left for the airport we still had some snack and QS credits to use, so we picked up lunch to eat at the airport and had some snacks for the plane ride home.

Here we are at the airport having lunch. We look like a bunch of homeless people.

We had a most MAGICAL vacation and we all had so much fun together as a family that we are doing it again.:banana:

I just want to thank my parents for taking us on this adventure and also for the one that will be starting very soon. You are the best.

And thank you all for keeping with me as I did this report.

Look for my next trip report of our upcoming trip with the same people. Will we have just as much fun? Will the weather be just as good? Will we still be waiting hours for the buses? All these questions will be answered in a couple of weeks.
