You're amazing!!
I want to get back into running the C25K program too. I really want to run the 5K with you and Wendy at the F&W Festival next year.
What a sticky situation you are in with your brother. I think it should be a decision he makes with his DDs but that is just my lowly two cents. I hope it gets worked out, with no feelings/any one upset. But with a divorce in the mix, it will be hard for it not to happen.

By now you've probably got less to go because you wrote that a few days ago. The 3 1/2 I lost when I started walking has stayed off, but I guess it was a big all at once bonus because it has slowed down, but I'm still on track. I'm now at 15 1/2 pounds lost, and 4 1/2 to my big 20 pound goal. After that 10 more and I'll be happy... 15 more and they'll be peeling me off the ceiling
Good Luck, and keep up the great work!!!

Rose & Crown would be good. Someone said Teppan Edo would be good because we would get a private room maybe? I wanted Rose and Crown but wasnt sure how to fit 14 people together in such a small place!?
I am so trying to lose weight for our December trip. I know I can do it. I lost 50 lbs with WW before but have since gained it all back and then some. Would you mind sharing some of your meal plans with me? Also, this may sound silly but what is C25K?
.
Then I read somewhere that your body can go into starvation mode and hang onto weight because it thinks it has to, and if you raise your calorie intake for a few days,it tricks your body. So that's what I did. I stuck to the diet, but added a few treats for a couple of days, and then went back to the very strict, no treat policy, and in the last 4 days another 2 1/2 pounds came off. So I'm kinda celebrating that I found a "legal" excuse to add a treat in every once in a while. So 10 more pounds for me ... and I'll be happy
