CVS has a free 10 extra bucks for any size pay pal card. If unfamiliar it is used for almost anything online. Or I believed transferred into any checking account. 3.95$ fee to activate, but still over 5$ free. Don't know if a limit, but I bought 1 for a Christmas present.

I looked into this:

With the $4.95 fee, this is like getting a free $5. Some states allow $10 initial load on PayPal card, while others require $20 initial load, so you're getting either:
-$10 card and $10 CVS Extrabucks for $14.95
or
-$20 card and $10 CVS Extrabucks for $24.95
