My Beautiful Wife lost 90 lbs on WW, and she has managed to keep it off for 3 years now. We go to WDW at least twice every year so we have found many ways to go and have a great time and still stay on WW.
We always take Kashi cereal and eat in the room for all but 2 or 3 times on each trip. Eat pleanty of fruit during the day, along with a salad for lunch. We split most of our meals and desserts, and with all the walking you will do you should have no trouble staying on your plan.
Make sure you drink pleanty of water also, just go and have a great time because there is no place like WDW.
