10 day disney pass

Have just ordered 2 x 10 day disney passes from ticketmania $213. They are not hopper passes and once used on day one it expires after day 10. However, does anybody know....if we go to, say, AK in the morning and then to MK in the evening will they just deduct an extra day in the evening or will "they" not allow you to do this. No big deal if can't but won't be going to Disney 10 days in a row (it was just fiver more than a 4 day pass!) so thought good way of using the days up...?????

This is what it says in the desciption details on the website:

"Detailed Description...........
Expiry Base
This ticket is an Expiry Base ticket; it can be used for one park per day, no hopping.

Entire ticket expires 14 day after first day of use.

Common Question
Can I use 2 of the days at 2 different parks in the same day. Example visit MGM Studios in the morning and use one of the days. Then go to Epcot in the evening and use another day of the tickets.

NO with the BASE tickets it is one park per day."

So I guess the answer is no I am afraid.

That's strange as I was always under the impression that you could go to 2 different parks and it would just deduct 2 days use from the tickets. Worht knowing that, thanks Johnny

Just found a bit more info:

I have been asked if you could buy, say, a 10-Day Base Ticket and use it as a 5-Day Hopper by visiting two parks per day. The answer is no. You can only enter one park per day with Magic Your Way Base Tickets, so you really can't use them as Hoppers unless you buy the Park Hopper Option.

The Park Hopper Option can be added after the initial ticket purchase. For instance, if you buy a 7-day ticket and decide on the 2nd day of your vacation that you'd like to "hop" between parks, you can add the Park Hopper Option for $40 plus tax. Such upgrades are allowed within the first 14 days (day of first use plus 13 days).

Thanks for that, it's not a problem just wanted to know before i start itinerary version 4 i assume i can still leave the park and return later with a hand stamp so we shall have to do that instead... was just thinking about spectromagic, during october they only usually show this at the weekend, so looks like its MK on a Saturday then!
