10% charcter meals with ap

Nope, that's directly from Disney Dining for every day pricing. Just called right now for the info for our trip from Aug 23-26.....

august 23 is still peak dining season...trust me on this one...call them back and throw out a date in sept or oct. and see what they say

If you go thought the disney website and order a vacation package with Goofy's Kitchen Dinner included (today's price) peak season:
Dinner at Goofy's Kitchen
37.15 for an Adult
17.30 for a Child

Interestingly, getawaytoday.com lists a "GATE PRICE" of $37.16 for adults and $17.34 for children.

Has anyone used these vouchers during the peak season, when Disney's prices are much higher?

Also, the site lists "Disney's Character Breakfast" ?

I found this article....I hope it is ok to post. It talks about the change in prices thru the year for character meals :)
http://www.family-vacation-getaways-at-los-angeles-theme-parks.com/Disneyland-Character-Dining.html

thats fine about the article but its not right...those prices are peak dining season...there is one simple way to prove it and that is for the doubters to call disney dining and tell them they want prices for minnie and friends for off peak times

I wasn't disagreeing with you. The article talks about how the prices do change thru the peak/non peak seasons.

ok well from what i see for the times i will be there minnies may not be worth it with gat voutchers. I will have to call and check and see for ariels and goofys and chip and dales. for gat i was gona get the three brekfests and the goofy dinner)

Disneyland's Character Meals charge according to the season. Not only do prices change throughout the year, but the amount may vary quite a bit, as well!

In February 2008, I thought about attending the character lunch at Ariel's Grotto (inside the Disney California Adventure Park; you'll be reading about this meal further down this page. You're viewing a picture of Ariel's Grotto Restaurant to your right.) February is part of the "slow season" at the Disneyland Resort. Unlike during a busier season, I was able to walk right up to the Ariel's Grotto restaurant & make same-day plans. (For holiday and summertime dining, you'll need to make advance reservations. You may check out the last section of this page for the character meal reservation information.)

Low season vs. High season: The price I was quoted for lunch at Ariel's Grotto on that day in February 2008 was between $27 and $28 for an adult. When I decided to skip the meal, the reservations hostess told me to be sure to re-check the prices when I returned on a different visit, because the dining prices raise during the busy season. "I doubt the busy-season price can be much different," I mused to myself as I walked away. I soon found out that the hostess really wasn't kidding, and that I should have rearranged my schedule to squeeze in the meal during the February slow season!

Less than a month after I talked with the reservations hostess in February, I called the resort to find out character meal prices for my visit to the park in March. March is not always part of the Disneyland Resort's busy season...because Easter and Spring Break most often fall into the month of April. But during March 2008, Easter falls on March 23rd... making March part of Disneyland's spring break period (a very busy time at the Disneyland Resort!)

2008 Spring Break prices for lunch at Ariel's Grotto are more than $10 higher per person than February prices! Today, if I wanted to make reservations for lunch at Ariel's Grotto, I would be facing a $39.64 adult price, and the cost of $22.29 for a child!

Therefore, don't be surprised if the character meal prices you read on this page are different than what you're actually charged during your particular vacation time. The Disney character breakfast, lunch and dinner prices bounce around like a ping pong ball. Unless you visit Disneyland Park frequently, you simply have to enjoy your character meals at the prices you find them during the time of your visit.
(THIS excplains alot ty)

i thought buying a thired charcter brekfest would work for ariels brekfest????? i wont waist my money on lunch they have no food i like but brekfest looks delicioues there

No, it doesn't work. If you look at "more" for the disney character breakfast, you see that it ONLY covers Minnie, Lilo, Goofy, and Chip/Dale. I wrote them before our May trip and they said NO, and that they had no plans to include an Ariel's breakfast voucher at this time.

Queenbillabong those prices are during a holiday season..ie summer, thanksgiving, christmas etc.....Minnies is $25.85 for adults and $12.92 for children on a regular basis...and if im not mistaken, Jade is going in Oct which is NOT a holiday season...Jade you should call Disney Dine and ask them what the rates are for non peak dining before you purchase these vouchers because with the 10% discount it knocks the adult price down to $23.27 and $11.63 for kids...so you might want to check on Goofy's as well...

Does that price include tax and tip?

ok so how much is ariels brekfest normaly.. i mean on gat it said charcter brekfest never saw it say not ariels that sucks.

hummmm *scratchs head* now what to do

Disney Dining confirmed that off peak times are $5 less/person. However, the price for Minnie's does not include tax and tip.

So off peak prices:

Goofy's - $32.21/adult $17.34/child (includes tax and tip)
Minnie's - $25.85/adult $12.92/child (does not include tax (8%) and tip)
Storyteller's (buffet) - $24.77/adult $12.92/child (does not inlcude tax and tip)
Ariel's - $32.21/adult $17.34/child (includes tax and tip)
Lilo and Stitch - $27.25/adult $14.86/child (includes tax and tip)

is that brekfest for arieals or just lunch
still looks like minnies would be cheaper then gat voutchers now

Is it new that the price for Minnie's & Friends doesn't include tax & tip? We ate there once 2 years ago and I swear it was included. Or is it maybe included in their peak season price? It's good to know that it's not included since we're eating there on this upcoming trip.

Is it weird to anybody else that they would include tax and tip on all of the other meals in the list price, but not on this one?

Those are all breakfast options. If you add the 8% tax on top of the total and 15% tip, it is way more even with a 10% discount...

Only Goofy's, Ariel's, and Lilo and Stitch include tax and tip (not sure why, but that's what I'm told by Disney Dining).

thats fed up.. well what ever gat is like 2dollers more so ill get that and say f the tip and tax. here take this voutcher for 26.50 and 16.50 and get out my face no more molla..lol
last year tax and tip was added but we had allt he voutchers.

still pissed about ariels how dare they not have voutchers for them-7 dollers extra almost as much as there iccky lunch there brekfest better be as good as it looked there lunch menu sucked
and storytellers dosent include tip and tac eather oh heck 26.50 and 16.50 is worth it just to not mess with tips and tax

did math for ariels its 13dollers more then what i had planed still doing it
