10/31 festivities at OKW or BWV???

We will be at Disney for Halloween. Never been for this holiday and we are staying at my Mom's timshare outside of Disney (she should have bought into DVC like us). Regardless, we want to take my almost 3 year old somewhere, without the hassles or money at the MK.

Is OKW or BWV doing anything? Please advise.

I can't vouch for this year, but last year there was a rather large halloween "party" on the BW, including a DJ, "bobbing for apples-type games", "trick-or-treating" stations (including the shops along the boardwalk), etc. Plus, if memory serves, it started at around 4pm or so, a much more toddler-friendly time than the 7pm NSSHP start.

Our kids (5,4,1 at the time) loved it, and we extended our reservation one night this year just so we'd be around for it, assuming they do it again.
