I'll let him know. I can hear him now..........I think I'll ride down to San Antonio this summer. That would be a nice ride.;)

He was so excited when I was telling him about everyone. Everytime I said something he came up with something he would have in common with that person. Ex. Rob and Paige, my dad was also a marine so he says he can talk about that. I think he is going to have a great time.

Is dad joining us for Busch Gardens?

Hi Lori & dad, isn't Cass' site great, she is so talented. I think Walt & Di are from the Houston area.

Gawrsh, thanks

Thank you. It is hard but now I am truly motivated. It has definitely slowed down for me, but I'm determined.:thumbsup2 Seeing you on the cruise and knowing you had done so good losing weight that made me want to do it too!:thumbsup2

I only lost like 21 pounds Lori, and that took me forever!!! I still have another 20-30 to go :scared: I'm back on the wagon, it's just a really slow-moving one :rolleyes1 :rotfl:

I can't wait till this winter goes away, I miss my walks with Kira. :guilty:

Keep up the great work girl! :woohoo:

Cass, I wanted to say thanks for the website also. It was really nice just to be able to hop on there and show my dad everybody.

Thanks. She loves basketball. She now wants to play volleyball and softball this spring also.

both Woody and I play volleyball. Woody used to play competitive beach volleyball in VA beach. He's really good.

Well I'm calling it a night. My eyes are starting to cross. Good night all! And Good Morning across the pond.

Lights out for me too - it's been a really long week.

Lori, nice to see you posting here again! :goodvibes

Have a nice evening everyone and a great weekend!

Swap the mash for smash.....or mashed swede and carrot. And swap the chicken for turkey. It's lovely.

I do sometimes do swede and carrot and butternut squash mash too...I thought turkey and chicken were about the same calorie wise? I only eat the breast meat with no skin:scared:

What is this I hear about cooking classes? Woody and I love to cook!

Cooking class sounds like fun (especially if we get to eat it after:goodvibes

Great job on the new belt Ellis!:thumbsup2 :cool1:

Thanks:goodvibes

Karen, love your fish extender!

Nancy is so sweet:cutie:

Its fab isnt it! - I can see the lady getting a few orders!

Woody said if it involves beer he is there!

Woody and Neil will get along just fine:lmao:

Heather (or anyone) -

I find I get bored with vegetables sometimes - how do you make them taste good without adding a lot of calories? Any suggestions?

The only thing I can suggest is forget the "normal" veg like carrots, brocolli etc and go for things like peppers, butternut squash, red onion, zuccini etc and toss them in the teeniest of olive oil and garlic and roast them - theyre delicious like that and it makes a nice change from cauliflower etc too

Also - make a veggie curry - low in fat and nice and spicy!

and a little alcohol tasting, too
:thumbsup2

I would like to try the Martini tasting, if some others were up for that. .

:thumbsup2

On our last cruise we had a private wine tasting arranged. I don't drink so I don't know much about it but a lot of people here attended. I think Karen took over the details, I'm sure she knows a lot about it. :thumbsup2

Wasnt me - it was Lindy Loo and I think Rose too. We need a volunteer to organise our martini and beer tasting sessions. Any volunteers?

If I remember correctly they had to email a list of participants to DCL and then we paid when we were at the function. It was great fun. I'm defnately up for another tasting session.:thumbsup2

I think I might have found something I want to do in Sint Maarten :thumbsup2

http://www.stmaartencruiseexcursions.com/LoterieFarmZipLine.htm

It's a zipline tour. Something I've always wanted to do but never got a chance. :woohoo:

I soooo love the idea of the zipline, but I'm not sure about the "balancing on a rope and walking" part:scared:

Are you definately doing it Cass? If I do it I'll be the one yelling

"HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP all the way along the zipline:goodvibes

I would sooo love to do the Tinkerbell zipline off the castle.
