Speaking of crawfish, Walt, do y'all eat much of it? Can y'all get the tails in San Antonio?

I love crawfish. Never had them before until I met Walt. We eat them at Walt's mothers house. We use to eat them in San Antonio a few years ago but we will need to find a good place now. Diane

We had boiled crawfish over the Christmas holidays--not in a restaurant, though. Rob's dad boiled them--way better than any restaurant!

Paige, do you ever watch No Reservations on the Travel Channel? It's a travel / food show hosted by Tony Bourdain - one of our favorite shows and chefs.

His most recent show (until this Monday night 2/11) was a visit to New Orleans. It was eye-opening in many ways - sad but also very encouraging. Watching it made Jay and me want to go back to NOLA sometime soon - we only had a chance to visit there once together but it really made an impression on us and has a special place in our hearts.
