Heading into work now. Talk to y'all later.

Feel better Andy.:flower3:

Me too. Well actually getting ready and then right out the door. I have 30 minutes to get ready.

I'll try to check in while at work, but my day is just packed so I may not be able to DIS until this evening.

Have a great day everyone.

Oh, and btw, I actually lost 1.5# since last weigh in. Haven't had a chance to get on the "dreadmill" (will after the WDW trip), so it must be the food choices I've been doing (and those aren't really the best, but better than I was doing).

Completely understand the knees.

That's good. I'm assuming they are very understanding with it.

So what are you going to do all day? DIS? :rolleyes1

Yes, very understanding!!!

I'm going to finally get our paperwork in order so I can get our taxes done this weekend.

Will start that in a little while, until then, I will DIS..........;)

Before I go, just want to through this question out there, since we just past 8500 posts and less than 1500 (about a week) away from 10K:

Do we want to get a second site up and ready for when/if they lock this one?

I can put a link to this one in the first post, and then the second post could be a copy of the first one here. If/when we get closed, I will move the second post info to post 1.

Just a thought.

If someone else wants to be in control of the first post and the thread title, I'm fine with that too.

Thanks Nancy, just rubbed both knees down with Thera-gesic and took one of my IB 800mg tablets.

Exxon Mobil Corp. on Friday posted the largest annual profit by a U.S. company, $40.6 billion, as the world's largest publicly traded oil company benefited from historic crude prices at year's end.
Exxon also set a U.S. record for the biggest quarterly profit, posting net income of $11.7 billion for the final three months of 2007, besting its own mark of $10.71 billion in the fourth quarter of 2005.
The previous record for annual profit was $39.5 billion, which Exxon Mobil reported for 2006.

I smell another raise in gasoline prices.

By the way - good job Bobalosers!

I weighed in this morning - no change.

Frustrating, but at least it's not a gain.

If anyone is interested in more low fat crock pot recipes, pm me with your email address and I can send them over to you.

I believe the list I have is over 100 recipes. :)

Nevermind...it doesn't work. I sent the file to myself at work and it's unopenable. Sorry!!:badpc:

I just found out last night that Kristin and Stacy cannot go to see "The Lion King" next Tuesday because they have a quiz at school! There goes $185.00 down the drain!!:scared1:

Eight inches of snow - city plow deposited Antarctica at the foot of our driveway and my car can't clear it. Just called my manager and told him I am working from the house today. He doesn't like it when I do this but I'm the only person in the department who has an excessive commute so I am able to "milk" it a bit. Why spend three hours in my car when I can log on now and get something accomplished?

Anyway, I just wanted to wish everyone a safe and good day because I'll be blocked from the internet as soon as I activate my remote access. Jay is on our computer because he's working from home, too.

The cat is very happy this morning. :lmao:

Mike, Robin, Jeff, & Suzy ... have a great time in Florida!!! :cool1:

Andy, hope you feel better soon. I totally understand what you're dealing with my friend.

Hope to catch up with the thread later tonight after I "get home from work." ;)

Good luck on the scales Bobaloosers!!!

I echo what Andy said on our Bobalooser site. Thanks for the challenge because it is working for me also. :thanks:

I hit my first mini goal of loosing 20 lbs. I am half way to where I want to be. When I get there then I will have to shoot for another.

Everyone lets keep going!!!

Mark

Wow! - well done Mark!:thumbsup2

Wait, we give you how many pages a night for you to read and you come on here and only give us 1 post? :confused3

I think we cut back everyone and not give Karen anything to read tomorrow. :rotfl:

:sad1: He's being mean to me again:sad1:

Where is everyone this morning?

Where are my friends from across the pond?

I told you already - I just got back from the gym....oh, wait - you said friends...obviously not refering to me then:snooty: :goodvibes

Mornin' everyone....(or afternoon)...

I'd like to ask eveyone to keep their fingers crossed that Pete makes it home today. He's scheduled to fly around noon out of South Carolina, but there are already delays in Chicago (where he's got a connecting flight).

This winter sucks....

fingers crossed Jen - but it makes it difficult to type:goodvibes

In case you hadn't guessed, Pete and I have not often been separated during our marriage, and I don't like it too much...I want him home. :lovestruc

I hate Neil being away too. He started a big job today - he'll be home most nights, but it'll be real late - ie eat dinner and fall asleep. 20 days:rolleyes:

I'm going to shovel tonight...if I'm not taking a road trip that is....

Shovelling is a great calorie burner:thumbsup2

just rubbed both knees down with Thera-gesic and took one of my IB 800mg tablets.

 hope you feel better soon:hug:

Hey! No complaining about your gas prices til they reach our prices:rolleyes:- ours are just plain :scared1:

I weighed in this morning - no change.

Frustrating, but at least it's not a gain.

It'll happen next week Jen - dont worry - just keep working at it

I just found out last night that Kristin and Stacy cannot go to see "The Lion King" next Tuesday because they have a quiz at school! There goes $185.00 down the drain!!:scared1:

Cant you find someone to buy them? - how about an ebay auction? or advertise them on here on the main site?

Eight inches of snow - city plow deposited Antarctica at the foot of our driveway

I hear that Jen likes to shovel;)

Just dropping in here real quick this morning to see I will have lots to get caught up again when I hopefully get a chance tomorrow.

Have a great weekend everyone!!!!

I got all the groceries put away and made myself a salad

Thats it for lunch.

I had readybrek for brekkie and dinner will be small lean steak, boiled potatoes and veggies.

I'm trying!

Dreading the scales tomorrow:scared:
