Here's a picture from one of my archives. A few months ago, it became apparent to us that Leah needed her hair professionally cut. She had never gone to the hairdresser before and did not like the idea. I told her that we were going to turn her into a real princess for the day and that we would go the WalMart and get a new dress and then have her hair cut to match the dress. This was the result. Priceless!

She's a real princess Steve.

ps - tell Laura - fab cake:thumbsup2

Well, good morning everybody:goodvibes

Its meant to be an ok day here today. I did 2 hours of gardening yesterday and then sat in the sun for an hour - bliss!

Off to the gym today. Still slimfasting, still trying. We're off on the 24th so not long now to squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze those last few pounds off me!

I've hardly started packing either:eek: - got most of the toiletries etc, but none of the clothes are sorted. I still need to do a mamouth "trying on" session to see what fits and what doesnt. I'm in between sizes which doesnt help.

I cant believe its only 8 more days til we go - how the heck did that come round so quick:scared1: I've been asking Neil to get me the cases out the loft for 3 weeks:rolleyes:

Good "Early" Morning Folks...

It's going to be another very L-O-N-G day for me I'm afraid. Without going into great detail, we had an incident here at the house around 1:30 this morning and I haven't been able to go back to sleep. :headache: :headache: :headache:

Night Andy.

Boy, you and I have not been on at the same time for quite a while. How you doing friend?

Doing OK, don't think Lina and I will make it to Riverwinds to workout later this morning, too much drama overnight. Lina received a threating phone call about 1am and she called the police before waking Hazel or I up. What I shock I got when I walked out into the livingroom at 1:30 and saw a police officer standing by our front door.

Perhaps Andy can verify this but I believe the first week of November is Jersey week, which I heard can be really busy!! I was also thinking of doing the week after the cruise at the parks but the touring plans guide had that week as really crowded compared to the week before the cruise, so that is what we will be doing. We are still doing MNSSHP but then heading home the next day :thumbsup2

Yes, Jersey Week is the first week in November and a lot of Jersey people will be at WDW that week, there will also be a lot of Jersey people on DCL that week as well. Our local school district, only has school the day before Election Day that week, then they are off the rest of the week. Some districts in Jersey only have Thursday and Friday off however of that week.

Sneaky 1 and Sneaky 2 are all snug in there beds while visions of cruise ships dance in their heads.

Maybe so, but that didn't last very long for me as I only got about 2 hours of sleep tonight.........

Oh great! I really didn't want to change my plans again!!!!!:headache: What is Jersey week?

Oh well, good thing I don't have anything set in stone, I can always switch back. I'll have to do more research!

It's when about 3/4 of the population of New Jersey invade Florida.......:lmao:

We have done it many years ourselves........:lmao:

I thought that Jersey week was the week of Veteran's day in Nov. only reason is that we went during Jersey week in 2006 and also did a 4 day cruise. I didn't think it was that bad, of course we went to WDW during NYE that year as well and it might have just seem not busy after that.

Before I forget again, Steve I enjoyed seeing the pics you shared last night!!! :thumbsup2

Only a few more pages to go and the Chapter 9 of our thread will begin folks!!! ;) ;) ;)

I took a couple of aspirin, fixed myself a grape jam sandwich, tried laying back down, but that didn't work either. Just hope I can make it through the day.......

Steve--Late night for you, eh???

More like early morning. I woke at 0130 and had difficulty getting back to sleep. So I've been surfing my various forums. I'm just now getting tired again.

BTW, I just got email notification that my new Christmas Light Controllers are in the mail now. I can't wait! Of course, It will mean that I have a lot of work ahead of me as I bought kits and will need to build them all. I know I'm a wierdo planning Christmas in July but I do so get a kick out of it.

Bryce and I did the same thing...the Puppet Boy Act and the Tennis Ball act is on there too. I think that the Tennis Ball Act that is on Utube was the actual one that we saw in Oct 2007. It was posted on UTube Nov 2007 and he made a voice mistake the same as we had saw on the cruise.

Laugh each time we watch it...

Mark

I will have to watch that one today.:thumbsup2

I can't wait to see your display this year, sounds like it is going to be awesome!!!

I think I'm going to call my foreman at 7am and ask for the day off, there isn't any way I'm going to be able to be behind the wheel of my work car all day. I'm still working on the Business Books and have the industrial park to do, which is driving from one warehouse to the next. I'm afraid I'd fall asleep behind the wheel and cause an accident, and I don't need that right now.
