We get very good gas mileage with this car. Even with the price of gas these days, we go through about 25.00-30.00 a week in gas, we only fill the car up once a week and go between 250-300 miles per week.

You don't even want to know what we spend in gas per week.:scared1: It's insane.

Yes, but you're well ahead of the game. You've already lost 20. :thumbsup2

Well, I'm off for a bike ride with Chuck and then to take Cabo for a walk. Later cats. :cool1:
That's right Nancy, get out there and start training for that marathon!:thumbsup2

That's it for me folks, I'm heading off to bed. We have an emotional day tomorrow with Jack's funeral.

See ya in the morning........:wave2:

Good night. I'll be thinking of you and the family tomorrow. good luck.

Hugs and prayers for your day tomorrow Andy.

Lori- the program I used was the Couch to 5K. Super easy! I never felt overwhelmed and if I didn't feel comfortable with my time I just repeated a week until I was were I wanted to be.

www.coolrunning.com is a terrific site if you are just starting out. Tons of information!

Anytime! Is Kristin running a marathon soon?

She's doing a 1/2 marathon on September 20th. It's her first one. She's interested in the Disney one next year that you guys were talking about earlier. I'm looking for info on that for her.

I might want to go along to do something important like hold her water bottle. :goodvibes

Hi Chris,

When I visit Grand Old England, will you hook a Game for me...:)

Play "Posh Golf" every weekend with my buds here in the states..:mao:

Walt :cool1:

That would be an honour and a privilege On the condition you part with one or two tips for us mere male mortals on how to get three gorgeous girls draped all over ones self, worry not Mike once he's told me his secret I'll tell you too Sir...:rolleyes1

Maybe we could rent a big person stroller and take turns pushing each other.:thumbsup2

Don't you just love seeing them "Miracles" were the big Disabled people having sent only 12 hours in the magic kingdom can suddenly get out of the chair and RUN for the bus......:rolleyes1

We didn't get that far up...you only get to the bottom of her gown now.

Ahhhh, now I understand - yes, the view from the pedestal is great - we have some lovely piccies from there... I was on about the teeny tiny dirty windows in her crown that were useless.

I love celery with peanut butter as well, but trying to stay away from that. If I start eating peanut butter, I don't know when to stop........

I've been known to eat peanut butter with a spoon, right out of the jar, but don't tell Hazel, she would CROWN me........:lmao:

:scared1: death food:scared1:

My normal jeans are much looser now, and my "big" jeans are now too loose to wear:woohoo: I'm pleased, cuz all the weight seems to have come off my stomach area:yay: so its not quite so round anymore.:yay:
