Well, good morning peeps!:goodvibes

Poor Neil only got to bed at 5am this morning(night shift), so we're tip toeing around trying to keep quiet. :tiptoe:

I'm off to the shop once Ellis is at school to stock up on slimfast bars to pack ready for the holiday.:thumbsup2

My normal jeans are much looser now, and my "big" jeans are now too loose to wear:woohoo: I'm pleased, cuz all the weight seems to have come off my stomach area:yay: so its not quite so round anymore.:yay:

Good for you.

Well I'm at home today as I had a meeting at 12.30 about the ongoing saga that is the dumping of rubbish on the gren across from me. I have also got a hair appointment at 3.30pm

I won't be around much over the next couple of days...will be lurking though. Dad's poorly and is in hospital..so my spare time will be taken up visiting him and making sure that Mum is OK.

Sending  and :flower3: your way Heather, trust everything works out fine for your dad.

Prayers and  for you and your mum and dad.

Have a nice day Lori, I'll be getting Lina up shortly so we can get our morning workout in. The funeral doesn't start until 11 so we will have plenty of time.

 Andy, will be thinking of you today.

Congrats Andy and Karen on your weight loss!!!!!:cool1:
I'm heading to the pool to do some laps afterschool today.

Thanks Becky, we are heading out the door in a few minutes.

YAY for you!!!!!! Now, throw the "big" jeans out. Do not leave them in you closet. If they are there it is easy to just put them back on if you ever needed to instead of not having anything to wear and knowing you have to stay fitting in you skinny jeans! I don't own anything anymore that is too big for me. That was a piece of advice someone gave me and I am sticking to it.

Its good advice, but I'm still worried I'll slip back. I'll wait til the "normal" jeans are a bit looser then toss out the big ones.:goodvibes

Well, good morning all. I need to go get in the shower and head to work. My arm is sore this morning from baseball on the Wii. I really stink, so I think the harder I swing, surely I'll hit it.:lmao: Alex keeps telling my I don't have to swing or pitch so hard. Scott and I looked like idiots I'm sure. I' hope noone was peeking in the windows.:lmao:

I remember that feeling - it was boxing for me - geez - I couldnt move my shoulders or arms for ages:lmao:

Isn't that such a good feeling when the clothes start feeling loose again!!! Good job!!! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Its a great feeling having to "hoick" up your jeans every time you stand up rather than sucking in all the fat that hangs over the top:rotfl2:

Did a 310 calorie burn off this morning, since this was day 7 of my morning workouts, I decided to check and see how I was doing. I lost 2 pounds this past week, doesn't sound like a lot, but it is a start, and I'll take it!!! ;)

2lb:woohoo: - way to go Andy

I don't know how she does 40 minutes on the elliptical every morning, after 10 minutes on that machine, my butt is dragging on the floor.......:rotfl2:

I cant eliptical either - 10 minutes and my knee hurts:headache:

I prefer the treadmill, I did 30 minutes at 3.7mph with a 1.5 incline this morning and walked for 2 miles. I found out that if I choose the manual button I can select the settings I want. I'm all new at this, so I'm still experimenting with the machines.

Andy - do you have a treadclimber in your gym? - its like a treadmill but the running belt is split into 2 long halves. You walk slower but its harder as the blets go up and down so you always have an incline. I love it.

Good for you.

Thanks Heather:thumbsup2

I won't be around much over the next couple of days...will be lurking though. Dad's poorly and is in hospital..so my spare time will be taken up visiting him and making sure that Mum is OK.

Hope he gets better soon Heather:hug:

I'm heading to the pool to do some laps afterschool today.

Enjoy your swim.

I didnt get to the gym again today, but I did struggle round the supermarket with an enormous trolley full that I could barely push due to the weight by the end. The nwe walked round town and bought Ellis a little Wall-E figure for when we take him to see it.

Neils in bed again - he's got to drive 8 hours tonight to just be on-site for 2 hours to a customer:sad2: - I worry when he has to drive so far with very little sleep:sad2:

Yikes! Where did everybody go? It's noon here and no post since 10:00. We're slacking people. :goodvibes

Hi Gang

MG is in desperate need of your assistance.

I am trying to put together a recipe scrapbook for Kristin’s bridal shower. (Thanks for the great idea Cass). I really really need a picture of the “Welcome to Cozumel” sign without any people in it. Either that, or a great picture of something that relates to Mexico (again without people).

In addition to that picture, I need a shot of the Castaway Cay sign and something that says Key West.

Now, if any of you BOBers would like to be included in this scrapbook and have a favorite recipe to share,(doesn’t have to be cruise related) please forward them to me and I’ll make up a page and even an entire section of BOBer recipes. If you have any messages to the bride and groom or marital advice please include that too. (Keep it clean boys, my mom will be seeing this). Now I claim absolutely no talent in scrapbooking, so if you have any great ideas please let me know or better yet, if you would like to try your own page, go for it!

It’s truly appreciated. :grouphug:

Do you have an email address I can send you some cc sign pictures.

Either of these any good Nancy?

This ones off centre but you might be able to crop it with some software to make it look better?

I dont have any signs from Cozumel - it was too windy - I was clinging onto Ellis for dear life by the port:scared1:

I am not creative either. My scrap books have lots of stickers

I got tired of doing them. I just buy a photo album and slide the pictures in. Much cheaper and easier.
