We went to the Statue of Liberty early in the morning so we were able to go inside and climb the stairs in the pedestal, which was neat.

Its good isnt it! The view isnt up to much though!

Well, the forecast today is about as bad as it can get for July - heavy rain everywhere, even flood warnings in part with a months worth of rain landing in just one day

No wonder no tourists want to come here - dreadful rain and dreadful prices for everything

Bloody typical no golf booked today because the weather is forecasted to be horrible,yes you guessed it the sun is cracking the flags right now,you just watch tomorrow and Friday it will hammer down all day....

4 weeks today we will be sitting in Heathrow waiting for our flight to LAX....

Isnt it typical - for weeks now I've been meaning to ring to book my xmas adr's. Well, this morning I had a spare 5 minutes, so found the tel no., sorted out what we wanted, got my best australian accent ready , called.............they're closed - forgot the time difference

Lina and I arrived at Riverwinds at 5:55 just as the doors were opening this morning, I got an extra 5 minutes on the dreadmill......

We're both just fine. We're getting a bit overwhelmed with wedding planning, but still well. Kristin and Jesse are leaving for a week vacation in Arizona on Saturday, so we'll be getting a much needed "wedding planning" break. I think I'm looking more forward to their vacation than they are.
