So I went to meet Lori for lunch today.....

As I was driving along minding my own business, I came upon the most unusual thing on the highway....

Yes, it is a GIANT COW! It made me think that I need to switch to organic foods....

Thanks, but I don't feel like it. I'm still about 1.5# over my cruise weight last October. Can't remember if any pics were taken since then, but I am down from my high over the winter.

If I can find time in the next 5 weeks, I'll try to lose some more. However, this is the time of year when I fall off the exercise and diet bandwagon. 18-20 hours of work a day leaves no time for exercise and eating is just whatever I can find. Luckily, I have cereal in my drawer at work, so I can always eat that for dinner if I stay late at the office.
