Hi everyone I haven't been on here in almost a month between all the end of the year school stuff with Rach and then going on our 2 week driving vacation to the northeastern US. There is no way I can catch up so I'm just going to jump back in here!
We had a great vacation, we did and saw sooooo much in New York, the Boston area and our visit with Lynn and Chris in upstate New York and to Niagara Falls.

We had a wonderful time at the 4th of July picnic at Jeff's and Suz's house yesterday!! Thank you Jeff and Suz!!!! Great friends, great food and great entertainment. As Jeff said there would be, we could see fireworks all around them and then he and his friend put on a great firworks show too!

Well, I'm outta here to get back to cleaning the kids rooms and closets. Scott took the girls down to the beach this weekend to his parents, so it is me and Harrison (and my dad came up). I am on call so I couldn't go out of town. I am cleaning while they are not here to tell me I can't get rid of stuff. After decluttering I am going to clean the carpets. YUCK!

Let us know how cool it is! I might want to get one. We spoke to the guy at a video game store and he said it is really great and he uses it all the time.

We have the Wii Fit and we love it !!! There are alot of fun things on it and the more you play the more games or levels you unlock. I can easily spend an hour playing ours and Al really likes it too. we have both played the Fit way more than Rachel Our favorites seem to be the balance games but I have been doing the yoga and I also like the aerobics ones I have done so far too.

Have you ever used your timeshare to trade to go to the western US? Seeing how we did so well with all the driving we did on this trip we have been talking about driving out to Utah next June and I am going to try and get a trade into one of the Marriott's in Park City, Utah.

Sounds good. I was going to PM you, but how about Monday for lunch? As the week goes on, I will get busier and busier with packing. I hope to be able to see Sean and Cath, too.

Your such a good girl! We are having kabobs, and a pear,walnut, blue cheese salad. Then for dessert brownies with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge. Tomorrow, back to the grind stone.

Hey Lori, Enjoy your weekend with your "boys" It's always best to get rid of stuff when they are not around It's the only time I can get away with it

Thanks for that tip about the too-small clothing, I got out a pair of shorts that is 1 size too small and I hung them up for inspiration


Well, we were going to head to the mountains today but Rob stayed up really late and is still sleeping so I think me and my girl will head out to a park this morning.

I made it through a 48 minute workout this morning ... aerobic, strength training, resistance bands, and abdominal work. It's the Slim in 6 workout series, which I really like. I usually skip the beginning 25 minute workout (that's the introductory one) and go straight to the middle workout called Ramp it Up ... other than my arms feeling a little rubbery I feel pretty good.

We'll see how I feel tomorrow!
