So it's been a month now since I started my weight loss program. :rolleyes1 Despite royally screwing up in my third week, I still did ok, all things considered. Not as good as I wanted but I did have a really BAD week :headache:

I lost a total of 6 lbs since June 1st and I lost 5.25 inches from by hips, waist and bust!! :woohoo:

I still have a VERY long way to go but it's a start and that's what is important. ::yes::
That's awesome! You're doing GREAT!!!! :woohoo:

Good going Cass. Keep up the good work. I need to shift a couple of lbs before we depart in August...to give myself some glutony room.

Unfortunately the trip to Wigan was good  Andy really missed his friends and family and it was hard to leave. Actually I think my sister would move there if it wasn't for her 16 year old son. She does like Wigan and she fell in love with Wales. And her new love is (sorry I may spell this wrong) pasties. The pastry thing, she loves the chicken one...omg she still hasn't shut up about them :lmao:

Yes, fatty flaky pastry parcels will do it every time...yum!

good job, from a never ender dieter- any loss is a good loss. You have to give yourself times to be bad and just get back on track.

keep it up and congrats.

Cass Pasties are bad,REALLLLLLLLL BAD each contains about 14.7 zillion calories,Wales is nice but having spent so many long cold nights on the bracken beacons in the Pissing down rain (it rains 364 half days a year in wales) during me younger days i decided long ago the only time I'd ever go back to Wales was for my funeral, ive attended one or two down there and they don't half know how to give someone a cracking send off,"How Great Thou Art" sang by a church full of Welsh mourners is something to behold.....They learn to sing in the Valleys long before they can walk....:)

Cass good luck with the weight loss  ,me am a lost cause....Or a cheat and get myself a magic band....:rolleyes1

ps....I don't normally ask but can i we have some "dust stuff" for our Ryan as he's trying to do a sponsored 14 mile bike ride this Sunday for his mate Barry who has Muscular dystrophy,he's got almost $1000 if he can complete the ride,a very tall order for a chap with chronic Asthma. The cash will be spilt between the MD charity and the Lourdes fund,a fund that helps take Kids from all over Britain (Barry and his two brothers go every year)in search of a Miracle....:sad2:

Hi There Steve.......

Hey Scott :wave2: Nice to see you! Can't wait to see what your house will look like this Christmas!!! :woohoo:

Hey Cass and Andy!

Nice Job! I've backslid on my diet quite a bit now. Thing was, I lost so much weight that I began to get scared. So I put some weight back on just to prove to myself I wasn't suffering from something bad. Now, I've got to return to healthier eating.

:scared1: Bloody Hell Steve we are talking route 66 here and not the main road to Mosul out of Bagdad right?.....:rotfl2:

:rotfl:

Hi Steve! Good to "see" you....

I'll have to check out your website tonight....:surfweb:

Hey Jen!

It has much of the same stuff my previous website had, but I could not figure out how, with the old host, how to insert html code for fun things like YouTube. So now you can see my videos as well as my pictures. I have another section there with a breif description of my plans for the coming Christmas.

You a rugby fan also?

pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: One Pixie Dust from each of us, and even a couple extras. Tell him we wish him luck. That's a good trek even for someone that doesn't have asthma.

Looking forward to seeing this years production Steve!!!

Great job Cass! Kepp it up!!

I need to get back in to my workout routine, after spending the last two months in what I refer to as The Fattening. :lmao:

I've gained six pounds and in my nephew's wedding pictures I looked pregnant without having the excuse of pregnancy to offer when people asked me if I was expecting. :scared1:

I'm going to gain ten pounds in the first week working from home!!! You don't even WANT to know the junk I've eaten today!!!
