WAY TO GO!:cool1:  :cool1:  You're back at it so now I better get my butt back in gear.:)

I hear ya Lori...I went to my first weight watchers class at work today. (lunchtime) So I have a lot of reading to do tonight. I need to get my butt in gear. I've been excercising faithfully (Sully will do that to you. :lmao:), but my eating habits haven't be good at all.

Good job Cass! :thumbsup2

So it's been a month now since I started my weight loss program. :rolleyes1 Despite royally screwing up in my third week, I still did ok, all things considered. Not as good as I wanted but I did have a really BAD week :headache:

I lost a total of 6 lbs since June 1st and I lost 5.25 inches from by hips, waist and bust!! :woohoo:

I still have a VERY long way to go but it's a start and that's what is important. ::yes::

:thumbsup2 :worship: :thumbsup2 Good job Cass!!:thumbsup2 :worship: :thumbsup2

Cass love me too,as the kids keep reminding me "Dad you look more like Homer everyday".....:lmao:
Cass Pasties are bad,REALLLLLLLLL BAD each contains about 14.7 zillion calories,Wales is nice but having spent so many long cold nights on the bracken beacons in the Pissing down rain (it rains 364 half days a year in wales) during me younger days i decided long ago the only time I'd ever go back to Wales was for my funeral, ive attended one or two down there and they don't half know how to give someone a cracking send off,"How Great Thou Art" sang by a church full of Welsh mourners is something to behold.....They learn to sing in the Valleys long before they can walk....:)

Cass good luck with the weight loss  ,me am a lost cause....Or a cheat and get myself a magic band....:rolleyes1

ps....I don't normally ask but can i we have some "dust stuff" for our Ryan as he's trying to do a sponsored 14 mile bike ride this Sunday for his mate Barry who has Muscular dystrophy,he's got almost $1000 if he can complete the ride,a very tall order for a chap with chronic Asthma. The cash will be spilt between the MD charity and the Lourdes fund,a fund that helps take Kids from all over Britain (Barry and his two brothers go every year)in search of a Miracle....:sad2:

Hey all, I'm back for a while. I recently went to a picnic of Christmas decor nuts like me. Learned a lot and and now am inspired to start planning my next light show. I just bought 64 more channels which will bring me up to 80 this year so the show should be fantastic. I've also synchronized my first song: "Suzy Snowflake" by Rosemary Clooney.

BTW: I've updated my website to include the videos of last year as well as my plans for this year. I wasn't very happy with my last webhosting service so now my site, while not looking quite as good, has some of the elements that I wanted to do with the old site.

Nice to see you back Steve. I'm checking out your website tonight.:thumbsup2

Cass--you know that bad week you had, well, I just came through a similar week. We had soooooooooooooooo many goodies leftover from Lina's party, and I hate to see good food go to waste, especially when I am paying for it. Boy, am I paying for it now!!! ;) :lmao: ;)

Yup, I hear ya Andy! That's why I hate going out to eat. I hate to pay for a big plate of food and then not eat it! I told Rob that the next time we eat out will be in Vegas in October  :lmao:

Hi Robin, good to see you :wave2: At least you are doing the workouts :thumbsup2 That's the hardest part ::yes:: Is this your first time on WW?

I've never tried those kind of programs, I'm too much of a loner. :rolleyes1

Lori, you've done such a great job already, you were my inspiration!! ::yes::

Now that I got myself going, I need to keep going. Any tips from the pro???

Good morning peeps:goodvibes ... Neil wasnt called out last night so he got paid to sleep for 12 hours:woohoo:

He's just took the grand cherokee to the garage - :headache: £££££££

Its a sunny day here, I'm off to he gym as soon as the munchkin is in school, then we're sorting out the garage - meant to be a playroom - turned into a dumping ground for junk.

I went through my wardrobe last night and got 3 bin liners full of stuff for the charity shop. It was quite theraputic - I've been holding onto so many clothes hoping to someday squeeze back into them. I threw them all away and just kept the ones I stand a chance of getting back into:rolleyes1

I found clothes I forgot I had!

Anyway, good morning everybody - have a great day today:goodvibes

Karen,
We've been doing the same thing! We have already gone to Good Will to donate (mostly clothes) 2 times in the last week or so. I've also given kid's clothes to a co-worker. We are in a cleaning frenzy. Which is part of the reason I haven't been online much!

Tonight we took a break to go to a movie. popcorn:: They canceled the showing of the movie we wanted to see!:sad1: But...they let us see a different movie for free!:yay:

Turning in early tonight fellow BOB'ers, see ya in the morning.......:wave2:

That was nice of them to replace the balloons for free, I'm sure Sarah felt very bad about letting the balloons go, but accidents happen.

Yes... after my initial dismay and agitation... I gave her lots of hugs and let her know everything would be okay! We had picked out the balloons and came back for them the first time. But, we had less than an hour to get to our meeting. They were great at getting them done quickly the second time!:thumbsup2

I always went and bought a new pair of pants that were just a little too small. That would be my next goal. As soon as I could wear them, I would get new smaller ones but be happy to be fitting into ones that I could not wear a few weeks earlier. I always found sales for this. Or got "hand-me-downs" from friends. Having something tangible sp? was better motivation for me than the scales.
Keep up the good work.:thumbsup2

Hey Cass... Yeah, it's my first time. :woohoo:

I've been so good about excercising. I usually go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week from 5 AM to about 6:10 AM during the week and around 9 AM to 10:15 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
:goodvibes

I'm really hooked on it. I'm sporting the guns now. Mike said, if I go buy black gloves, he's going to get scared. (I love the movie "Enough" with J-Lo. She gets all dressed in black clothes with black gloves and beats the crap out of her ex-husband) :lmao: :rotfl2:

I think he's going to be sleeping with one eye open pretty soon. ;)

That's funny. I need to find me a Sully.

:offtopic: Again.......:lmao:

I was just thinking, we did go to Planet Hollywood a few years ago, and Lina really enjoyed that, maybe that's where we can go to celebrate her #18!!!

I'd probably pick that choice. We have been to Olivia's, but usually when we are tired and don't want to venture out. It's good, but basic, simple food. Although, I think they do have Key Lime Pie (which I still haven't tried!) so maybe you could stop in for dessert only? Planet Hollywood is always crowded, but would be fun!

I did the same thing. It sure is a good feeling when you can put them on. Since I started going to the gym, I've gained 7 lbs., but I guess I've lost inches.

Congrats on your weight loss. You looked great in those vacation pics. :thumbsup2

Thanks. I can't wait to see the new Robin! When will we get to see that?

THEY have been found!!! The THEY are Lina's retainers. Lina's friend Melissa just brought them to the house. Melissa found them in her room stuck between her bed and the wall. Lina was in the shower when Melissa dropped them off, I was holding the retainer case when Lina walked out of the bathroom, you should have seen her face when she saw the retainers. Hazel just called and cancelled the orthodontist appointment for tomorrow afternoon. Lina now gets her other $225.00 back from dear old dad!!! :thumbsup2

:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

I'm like you... I don't really like my pic being taken....especially when I have a lot more to lose. ;)

I can't believe how much I've gained around the middle since the
cruise.

I am finally getting the muscle back in my legs that I used to have when I was younger.

I'm anxious to see how weight watchers works for me. :flower3: Everyone seems to swear by it. :goodvibes

I get to the gym every day during the week and Saturday. Step is every day at 5 so if I go on the way home I can get there. My problem is will power, if it's in front of me I can't say no. I try not to eat out much and no more Chinese buffets.

THANKS!!! You topped off my day well.:flower3:
