I get to the gym every day during the week and Saturday. Step is every day at 5 so if I go on the way home I can get there. My problem is will power, if it's in front of me I can't say no. I try not to eat out much and no more Chinese buffets.

Hi Joanne... haven't talked to you in a while.

That has been my problem too. I'm hoping WW at work will help. :goodvibes

Okay... let me add a thank you to everyone else for their Anniversary wishes! I'm playing catch-up because we have been so busy! In fact, I'm supposed to be working on clearing one more room before bed. But. I just couldn't resist some time with the BOBers!!!:goodvibes

Here's one more for you.

Happy Anniversary! :thumbsup2 :)

Me too happy anniversary Tinkerbell RN. Mine was 6/18 25 years, there are a lot of june anniv out there.

I spent mine going to LA alone. Did get an anniversary button at DL. Bought myself the Lenox Mickey & Minnie bride.

I ran across Matthew's posts about his plans for today. He did a great job making the day special! It actually snuck up on me... and I didn't get him anything!

The only glitch was that they canceled the Indiana Jones showing that we were going to go to. (Something about planning extra showings of Hancock that didn't happen) So, we saw Kung Fu Panda... for free!

He got several very sweet gifts for me. But his big gift though is yet to come... Tickets for Phantom of the Opera while we are in Las Vegas! :goodvibes

Well, I will log off now to talk to our kids and head to bed.

Good night everyone!

ps....I don't normally ask but can i we have some "dust stuff" for our Ryan as he's trying to do a sponsored 14 mile bike ride this Sunday for his mate Barry who has Muscular dystrophy,he's got almost $1000 if he can complete the ride,a very tall order for a chap with chronic Asthma. The cash will be spilt between the MD charity and the Lourdes fund,a fund that helps take Kids from all over Britain (Barry and his two brothers go every year)in search of a Miracle....:sad2:

:wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: for Big Daddy's boy! Go Ryan, what a good friend you are! Chris, you must be so proud.:goodvibes

Great job Cass! Kepp it up!!

I need to get back in to my workout routine, after spending the last two months in what I refer to as The Fattening. :lmao:

I've gained six pounds and in my nephew's wedding pictures I looked pregnant without having the excuse of pregnancy to offer when people asked me if I was expecting. :scared1:

NO WAY! I thought you looked awesome in those pics! For real; I'm not blessing your heart.:rotfl:

You a rugby fan also?

pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: One Pixie Dust from each of us, and even a couple extras. Tell him we wish him luck. That's a good trek even for someone that doesn't have asthma.

No,never quite understood why one man would want to put his head between the legs of another man....:scared1:

I've been so good about exercising. I usually go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week from 5 AM to about 6:10 AM during the week and around 9 AM to 10:15 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
:goodvibes

I'm really hooked on it. I'm sporting the guns now. Mike said, if I go buy black gloves, he's going to get scared. (I love the movie "Enough" with J-Lo. She gets all dressed in black clothes with black gloves and beats the crap out of her ex-husband) :lmao: :rotfl2:

I think he's going to be sleeping with one eye open pretty soon. ;)

Be careful Mike i think Robin is turning into a Ninja:rolleyes1

Paige we couldn't be more proud as Ryan just don't see the wheelchair,he only See's Baz,were all very nervous about Sunday because Ryan is desperate to finish despite everyone telling him they'll pay him weather he finishes or not and the fact it's unlikely I'll make it back in time from work commitments....
The fact both Baz's mam and dad are Doctors helps with the worry...:rolleyes1
Thanks everyone for the dust stuff

Karen,
We've been doing the same thing! We have already gone to Good Will to donate (mostly clothes) 2 times in the last week or so. I've also given kid's clothes to a co-worker. We are in a cleaning frenzy. Which is part of the reason I haven't been online much!

Tonight we took a break to go to a movie. popcorn:: They canceled the showing of the movie we wanted to see!:sad1: But...they let us see a different movie for free!:yay:

I still have lots more to do:rolleyes1 - we threw tons away when we moved, but we still bought tons more with us. I'm tackling it cupboard by cupboard etc. The charity shops love me at the moment:rotfl:

Well, good morning people:goodvibes ... its bright and sunny here, but forecast storms and heavy rain later:sad2: - typical summer day for us then:lmao:

Cant go to the gym today - messed up my knee yesterday - it was hurting a lot last night and this morning so no point in making it worse. I'll just catch up on chores and hopefully get back there tomorrow.

Anyone seen Hancock yet with Will Smith? - hopefully going to see it tomorrow.

Anyway, have a great day everybody..... and for those on diets - stay away from the chocolate:lmao: easier said than done:rolleyes:

Good Morning Guys & Gals.........

Take care of that knee Karen, I know what knee pain feels like, believe me, I do!!!

I always went and bought a new pair of pants that were just a little too small. That would be my next goal. As soon as I could wear them, I would get new smaller ones but be happy to be fitting into ones that I could not wear a few weeks earlier. I always found sales for this. Or got "hand-me-downs" from friends. Having something tangible sp? was better motivation for me than the scales.
Keep up the good work.:thumbsup2

Good idea Lori. :thumbsup2

Weekends too? I'm so impressed Robin. :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

That's funny. I need to find me a Sully.

Find me one too. ;)

Thanks. I can't wait to see the new Robin! When will we get to see that?

Yeah, ditto that! :cutie:

I wonder if Steve could invent a contraption for my stationery bike for my lap top. I could DIS and exercise all at the same time. :goodvibes

Good morning everyone!

Kids are still sleeping and I just got up about a half hour ago (ahhh, the joys of working from home). We all had a late night because we went to a Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees game last night (minor leagues). It was fun! I love baseball.

HOpe everyone had a good night. I have to seriously catch up with you all and wish you all well and give hugs where needed.

Jesse's dad (Jesse is my future son-in-law) is a fitness instructor, teaches kick boxing, does acupuncture, and teaches college. He makes videos for all kinds of fitness levels and ailments. Chuck just got one for his carpal (sp?)tunnel. He suffers horribly from it. He did his first work-out last night and boy did he ever work up a sweat. Who'd a thunk it? He was drenched from a video that targeted carpal tunnel. :confused3

I think I need to get John to make me one that targets my bum, stomach, thighs, knees, arms, neck, calves, toes,......well, everything but my eyes. :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

Morning Mel. We're all waiting for a "First Day" update. :cutie:
