Good job Karen! :thumbsup2

I'm sure we all look like fools when we Wii. I know I'm an official member of that club.

It was hilarious. I thought I would have a heart attack laughing so hard. :rotfl2:

That's a great weightloss for one week Andy. Keep up the good work buddy. :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Not quoting anything from your post here Nancy, but just wanted to say, congrats on the

Hi everyone, just dropping by, have a little time, so I'm going back to catch up of the last couple of days. Sorry if I reply to something old.

How long does it take you to drive to WDW?

DENY THIS!!

Congratulations Jeff, from Team WI

She's doing a 1/2 marathon on September 20th. It's her first one. She's interested in the Disney one next year that you guys were talking about earlier. I'm looking for info on that for her.

I might want to go along to do something important like hold her water bottle. :goodvibes
Moral support/cheering section

Did a 310 calorie burn off this morning, since this was day 7 of my morning workouts, I decided to check and see how I was doing. I lost 2 pounds this past week, doesn't sound like a lot, but it is a start, and I'll take it!!! ;)
Good for you, keep up the good work.:cool1:

Well I'm at home today as I had a meeting at 12.30 about the ongoing saga that is the dumping of rubbish on the gren across from me. I have also got a hair appointment at 3.30pm

I won't be around much over the next couple of days...will be lurking though. Dad's poorly and is in hospital..so my spare time will be taken up visiting him and making sure that Mum is OK.
We'll be thinking of you:grouphug:

We are home, emotionally drained, and just going to take it easy the rest of the evening. I was doing real well until I went to hug Jack's DD Karen, then I lost it. As soon as Gail saw Lina and Hazel, the three of them broke down into each other's arms. This was probably one of the hardest funerals I have ever been to, Jack was loved by so many, and it truly showed today. I would like to say THANKS again to everyone, for your words of comfort and support. For those who pray, please remember to keep Jack's family in your thoughts and prayers.

OK, time to go back and check today's postings.

Brenda--aren't you going to WDW during the F&W fest? My sister told me she read that Louisiana will have a booth.....You'll have to give us a review!:thumbsup2

Morning All--it's going to be a very "L-O-N-G**T.G.I.F." for me it seems. Woke up about 2:20 this morning from a horrid dream and couldn't go back to sleep. I think the events of the past few days finally caught up to me. Also, Lina was looking quite pale last night and went to bed quite early. I have a feeling she might have been pushing it a bit too hard every morning on the ellipitcal. I just took her BP it was 109/70 but her pulse reading didn't show up. I then took my BP and it was 138/92 and my pulse was 60, so I know the pulse is working on our machine. I always run a high normal and am on BP medicine for it, so my reading doesn't bother me. I am going to have Hazel keep a close eye on Lina today while I am at work.

We had about an hour ride from the funeral home to the cemetery yesterday afternoon, even though I had the AC on in the car, Lina said she was feeling ill and laid down on the back seat and went to sleep. After we left the cemetery, instead of going back to the firehouse and getting something to eat, we make a quick ride to the local Friendly's. Lina said she started to feel a bit better once she got some food in her. I told Lina I wanted her to stay home this morning and rest, I don't want anything happening to her, I couldn't live with myself if it did.

Here's to a Healthy and Happy Friday Everyone!!! :thumbsup2

I'm going to lay back down and see if I can get another hour or so of sleep, see ya later.........:wave2:

Another long night for Neil last night - got in about 6am so Ellis and I were tip toeing again. He's still asleep so I cant do any housework as its too noisy (well, thats my excuse anyway;) ).

Its actually stopped raining this morning - the weather has been so bad we've had flood warnings in places. Ellis' sports day was cancelled cuz the field s were too wet:sad2:

Not sure what to do today - cant get my gym stuff cuz its in my wardrobe and Neils asleep. Might be lazy and watch a movie:rolleyes1

Have a good day folks :goodvibes

Andy, my night didn't start until 3:00 am. That's when I finally fell asleep. The tv was off, then on, then off again. I think I watched 6 episodes of House Hunters and Alton Brown doing stuff with Turnips. :scared1: It's going to be one non-productive day at work for me today.

Hope Lina's feeling better soon. We have one heck of a stomach flu virus running through SE Wisconsin now. I know of 5 people that had it and my boss has had it for over a week. Even had to be hospitalized overnight.

Gotta get my rear in gear, and start getting ready for work.

Hi There MG...... Best of the day to you!!!

Good morning everyone.

I hope Lina is feeling much better today. Keep her hydrated and make sure she's eating well. This weather can zap it all out of you.
