Good luck Andy, there have been a lot of teary days in our house this year. Too much going on.... DS # 1 leaves on Tuesday for Austrailia, one of his friends is an exchange student over there. So before real world starts he is going for a month..... Both boys will be gone. I didn't want him to go but he is 22 and paid for it himself so what can a mom say? Just be careful and make smart choices!!!! I will also be gone for 8 days so that will make it go faster. I sure do miss the days of little boys and them needing mom.

have a great Friday. and week end. i am going to work tomorrow so I can go on vacation.

It's more on the line of a religious type of ceremony, at least it was when Hazel and I graduated from high school. Of course, that was 35 and 36 years ago.............

Also, back then the ceremony was called Baccalaureate.

Thank you.:thumbsup2

The girl in Lina's class that I shared about last week. It was she, and her mom, that found her dad hanging from the banister in their home. I'm sure that is going to be a sight that will remain with her the rest of her life. :worried:

That is horrible. I work with a girl that her dad committed suicide when she was 16. She still to this day has a very difficult time with it.

Mel, that is such tragic news about your friend. I will keep that family in my prayers.

Oh my Mel, this is soooo sad. to you, yours, and Kevins. It wasn't Kevin's wedding this weekend was it?

And since I won't be DISing much today and tomorrow, to my good friend Lori.......

party: Happy Birthday (June 14th) to Lori!!party:

THANK YOU! I'm happy I get to spend it with my familly in WV! Gotta get on the road soon.

Andy,

Just want to stop in and say congratulations to Angelina and hang in there yourself.

All the great players stick out their tongues. ;)

Seriously, whenever I watch the Cardinals play I notice that Albert Pujols always runs with his tongue out. If the best player in baseball can do it, then your son is in great company! :thumbsup2

Love the pics! :goodvibes

Thanks for the encouragement. The only other member of our family who does this is my dad. And the only time I've ever seen him do this is when Lori and I were little--he liked to color our coloring books with us--tongue out.
:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

No, I would never ban the Dawg! One of the downsides to that blogger site is that it is very finicky (I have problems with it sometimes). I've had people tell me that it thinks they're other people and who knows what else ...

sometimes I leave and then come back and it's fine. :confused3

you can always tell us here what you think. I'm curious since this is one installment that I had almost nothing to do with, other than encouraging a near stranger to drink himself into liver failure at Epcot. :lmao:

i can tell you what i think here eh? ;)
well then, from the previous update let me say i've never met a hamburger
i didnt like.:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 but those sweet potato fries!!!
  :lmao: :lmao:
still reading the latest update. i'll try to finish tonite.
(but that was my career goal as a teen too):smokin: ;) :rotfl2:

This is DD at piano recital at a local church. This was her first recital because the old teacher did not have recitals.

Here are a few of DS playing this season. Only two more games to go. Not sure why he sticks out his tongue. We're afraid he's going to bite it. I hadn't even noticed it in baseball until these pics. It was more noticeable during basketball.

very nice tanya!!:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2
pretty spiffy uniforms. i like that his is all dirty too. that means he's a scrapper.::yes:: ::yes:: :thumbsup2

:rotfl: Lori won't see this until after she gets back home, so I will tell a secret. She tells everyone her favorite holiday is Flag Day -- June 14. My DD and mom have decorated my parents house with flags everywhere. They are also making two jello flags for the party tomorrow. My dad is supposed to put a huge flag on the roof when he gets home this afternoon--Mom had our local Woodmen of the World donate their biggest one!

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

She'll love it! Lori always does such thoughtful things for others. It will be fun for her to have some attention! She is the baby!::yes::
