I am the closest. It hit about 30 min down the road from us.

Glad to hear! Prayers go out to those who were effected by it though, looks like a bull dozer just went down the middle of some of the houses.

I think the only thing at the Swan/Dolphin you can't do is the Dining plan

Yep - the Swolphin both get the same EMH priviliges as guests at Disney-owned hotels.

If it were me I'd stay at the Swolphin - I love the convenience of being so centrally located and there are a ton of great food options between the Boardwalk, the Swan & Dolphin (Swolphin), Yacht & Beach Club, and of course, Epcot.

I also like being within walking distance of two theme parks and Fantasia mini-golf.

We once had some touch down 10 minutes to our north, 20 minutes to our west and 20 minutes to our south all in the same evening.

Scary stuff.

Really great bargin for first class hotel...Just can't convince Di to go there again, she is hooked on AS...

We stayed 4 times and love both..Pools are fab...Water Taxi and close walking if an exception...Also, seemed never have to wait for a bus, always was there when we walked out...

We've stayed at both Swan and Dolphin and they're beautiful resorts. One thing they do not have though is ME.

Suz is leaning that way, but as I read more about it, besides nickel and diming you for the $10 resort fee, they will nail you another $10 for parking your car there. Just wish they'd include all that in their price (especially the MANDATORY resort fee).

We will have a car for the two nights we would be staying there, so I'll have to figure $20 extra then.

I think the Hilton DTD may feel a bit too removed, even though it is about the same distance from everything as POFQ, OKW and SS are.

Still not sure of the AS-Mu though. We won't really be in the room much at all either of the two days/nights we're there. Basically sleeping.

This whole thing is giving me a headache.

Just wish I would have pounced on the AAA error last week.
