However, if we could fit 6 in your car, we could get you the free parking at the parks since we'd be resort guests.

I may just tell them I do have a car to get the pass and then give it to you guys.

Woody wanted to know if Rob has heard anything about the lawsuit by George Lucas to the guy who owns the original molds for the Storm Trooper costumes. Apparently Lucas feels the guy shouldn't be remaking the costumes to sell to fans. Where did Rob get his clone outfit?
Also not sure if you saw our ticker or not but we are going to the first Star Wars Weekend in June. The celebs are the actor who played the original Boba Fett in eps. 4&5 and the young actor who was the child Boba Fett in the newer eps. Warwick Davis-who was Wicket the Ewok will be the key celeb at all the weekends this year. We are really excited. I bought Woody a Boba Fett Christmas ornament a few years ago and we are going to take it and have both actors sign the box. Should be cool. We also have an original Ewok plush of Wicket and we want to get a picture of Warwick with it along with an autograph.

I might be talked into Palo Brunch (but without Tuna) and will definitely skip the Character Breakfast.

That was exactly what i was going to put too Nancy. Never got to palos last time and the character breakfast was rubbish.

I took a deep breath, waited a little while, and ate half of my fiber one granola bar (planned snack) instead of going for the cupcakes/candy!

It looks great there (from the pics I've seen).

How is the busing though? Doesn't it have 7 stops or something like that?

I was thinking of staying in Jamaica based on the possible bus runs (I've read some start at Jamaica, while others start at Martinique). This would give us a 50-50 chance of being the first stop and if not, we won't be the last stop. Plus the walk to OPR to catch buses there wouldn't be too bad.

I don't mind the walks either to get to the main building. I kinda liked that in PO-R. It looks like the island you go over to get to OPR is really pretty.

We've stayed at CBR a number of times. Twice in Aruba, once in Martinique and once in Jamaica. We always liked it there. The grounds are very pretty and it really isn't that far of a walk to OPR and the main pool and food court area from any of these sections, no longer than any of the walks we ever had at POR when we've atyed there. I don't really remember the buses being a problem from any of the areas we have stayed at.

Try having a grocery store right across the street.

Sucks when you forget to eat breakfast and are sitting here hungry. Talk about impulse shopping. They tell you to go to the grocery store AFTER you've already eaten.

That would be a mixed blessing for me...at least at a grocery store, you could possibly find healthier options. But, not always easy when you're hungry!

We could probably fit both the boys in the trunk. Sad thing is, they'd probably like it. We may just have to forget they're in there.

Seriously, if we do come down and we don't have a car, I will tell them we have one just to get the pass. You could use it to at least Sunday, but I don't think they really look at the dates on those things.

That would work if we were staying the same dates, but we would be in from the 17th to early on the 21st. They are in from later on the 18th until after Christmas.

Plus, we're staying on WDW property, they are staying on I-Drive.

Out of all the buildings, which did you like the best? I don't need to be in the "preferred" buildings right next to the main building. Also, not sure how much time we'd spend in the main pool. Walking to the food court to fill the mug or get a snack is fine.

As I said, I was thinking Jamaica due to the buses.

From what I've been seeing and reading, I am really excited to try this resort. I bet once Suz stays there, she will feel the same.

Like I've been saying, the only reason I wasn't picking it was because the pool slide isn't as good as CSR or PO-R, but DS isn't into that as much anymore (likes to just swim in the empty quiet pools). The other reason was the busing, but we always had a car so that shouldn't have been an issue. Even if we don't have one this time, I think we'd be no worse than PO-R.

Yeah, and I'm craving pretzels, so that is where I'll probably end up.

LOL, no, I just finally got my act together on Monday, so I am all gung-ho. I have been TERRIBLE with my diet and exercise program so I am trying to help others now

Oh and about SWW, Rob has been wanting to go for years now! As part of the 501st, he can participate in the SW parade, so he would LOVE to go!! I promised him one year that we will, we just can't afford it this year. Maybe next year if my business takes off
